Margaritaville Fort Myers海灘度假村(Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers)

Hotel was new and clean. That being said when you’re paying almost500$ a night per room I expect beds to be made and fresh towels provided. Also the hidden fees and price gouging was absurd. Coffee prices that made Starbucks seem cheap. 10$ for a muffin in the morning. There was no place to walk to easily for breakfast and taking the car in and out with valet parking only was slow and with tipping added more expense. The resort fee was 30$ a day and near as I could see this was just use of the pool. No bikes… chairs on the beach were an additional 46$ a day. And loud music everywhere. There was not a quiet zone!

New property, beautiful, very clean. We were disappointed they did not honor the waiver of resort fees we received, saying it was no longer in effect since the pool was now open? It was an offer as one of the "first guests to visit the property", not due to issues with the pool. Fire pits, music, huge pool, games all added to a nice stay.

You can tell it is a new resort they have some kinks to work out. Went to breakfast and after 2 hours waiting went somewhere else for lunch. The people are very friendly and helpful. The following day breakfast was really good. The pay to park every day that you are there is a little much, you are staying there parking should be included. I can understand guest to pay but not people staying there for 4 days. We will visit again and but not sure we will stay there.

The hotel was beautiful. Although we stayed there because they are pet friendly I have a 5lb Yorkie and was told she was not allowed in the pool areas, outside restaurants she could only go in the lobby and rooms. So a bit pricey not to be able to use the resorts facilities. Also we had no hot water two different times of the day, barely warm.

The only downfall is you couldn't get away from the loud music. Also, the DJ music was most preferred

Wonderful new facility and friendly helpful staff. A few design and comfort quirks but overall very well thought out and logical from arrival to checkout. Food is great at all venues, great drinks and prompt service. Music

The property is brand new and is a beautiful resort. Liked the fact it was walkable to the ocean, restaurants and bars. However, I know a lot of places do this but paying a resort fee and valet parking when you are already paying over $400 a night just seems ridiculous. Would rather just have an all inclusive price for the stay

Great place to stay. Atmosphere was fantastic! Area surrounding has limited options for shopping and dining due to hurricane. Valet parking is mandatory and $37/day plus tipping. That is on top of the 30/day resort fee. That was not disclosed on ******* to my knowledge and I was a little surprised. There are no other options for parking at this hotel.

We loved our second stay with this resort. the only thing we would change is how late they play music and our room was next to the pool where it was load enough to keep us awake
