The sheets were worn and it felt like sand in the bed but it was the sheets. The breakfast was cold everything including the oatmeal had to be heated in the 1 microwave. there was no milk for breakfast service. we’ve stayed at many Hiltons and Hampton Inns and always had been pleased with the quality, this time not so much.

The hotel looks new and is in very good condition. It was also very clean. The personnel was very polite and professional. Breakfast was also very good. Overall very good experience.

Staff were welcoming after a trying day traveling. Good location, quiet and safe.

It was ok BUT for a 2 year old hotel it was a little worn down. STAFF was AMAZING! EXCELLENT customer Service!

I am very skeptical with hotels due to cleanliness. I was very pleased that I felt very comfortable here with my family. It was clean, simple, and updated. The front desk associate was helpful but not cheerful. The rooms were very roomy which I loved- enough room for the kids to roam. The bathroom looked clean. The location was fantastic as it is close to Target, Walmart, and restaurants.

Bedding was dirty and needed to request a room change

You need to help this hotel out. It is very tired. It looks great from the outside but the inside of the rooms were very disappointing The kit here had all the needs to just did not look inviting. It was too bear and boring. The bathroom was very bad. The shower/tub floor was dirty shower heads were overwelming. Shower curtain weak and not helpful. Toilet paper dispenser falling off the wall. The mirror was dusty. The tv looked like it had not been cleaned for months. The inside window was so very dirty and dusty. I was totally disappointed and surprised this was a Hilton. Waited around the lobby to check in because no one yes no one was at the desk???????? It was around six in the evening. I was very unhappy because that is not at all how I expected the Hilton to be. Send help make it wonderful again
