I attended a convention at the ***lord and the daily breakfast and the paved walkway to the ***lord was very convenient. It was clean, the service was great and it was super quiet.

Great location! In walking distance to the water, shopping and dining. I enjoyed my stay. The property was clean, staff at check in/out was pleasant, the room was a nice size and the breakfast was good.

Paid extra for river front view, did NOT get river front view. Your site advertised view, hotel only has "partial" views, and that is a stretch. Don't advertise view and charge extra of they don't have it! Thick i deserve partial refund. Fridge was dented all over, looks like they got it at a garage sale. Tv was small and old, not even a smart tv. Very disappointed....

Went to see the Titanic Experience and stayed there. The hotel was within walking distance to the event as well as many restaurants and shops. We would like to go there again in the spring or summer and visit National Harbor again. The hotel had complimentary breakfast that was excellent and the whole building was clean and very modern. Loved it.

It was very " security " safe, with card entrance at all outside doors and in elevator.. also liked fact that there were steel doors serrounding the elevators in case of fire for extra protection. very clean and the complimentary breakfast was hot, delicious and great variety definately a Marriott quality hotel

The only negative I have is that I'm not a fan of the couch. Otherwise this was a great experience! I'd be glad to book again for a convention in the future!

We had a late check-in (after Midnight). The person (I forgot her name) was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! She made my family feel welcome and comfortable. She provided us with information on where to find food after normal business hours. She was one of the most professional and proficient Front Desk Professionals I have ever met!!!

One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of its location to DC and to the National Harbor as well as thier indoor pool. Once I arrived to the hotel I looked everywhere for the pool. I eventually asked the front desk attendant and he went on to say they didnt have a pool and the picture on the website was from 12 years ago. Thats false advertising promoting a pool to draw guest in only to find out there isnt one. I was highly disappointed.

My stay was great and the staff was really nice and helpful.
