The Garbage Can in front of the main Entrance was OVER FLOWING WITH TRASH. Horrible way to walk into and Leave a Hotel. The Hallways had trash on the floor . . . Just Very Very Disappointing. The Breakfast USE to be AMAZING but Now Very Limited Selection and Cheap. Will Not be Spending my Hard Earned Money to Stay at this Hotel-Location again . . . Very Sad Use to be My Favorite Hotel in Fort Wayne.

The hotel is way better than anything nearby. There aren't really any restaurants within walking distance which is the biggest negative. During my stay there was some kind of water leak near the laundry room so some of the carpet was wet but it was easy to walk through. The hot water was not hot enough in the morning so don't expect to be in a sauna. Breakfast was pretty simple: cereal, juice, yogurt, bread, and a packaged hot breakfast sandwich.

I stay here every time I come to Fort Wayne. Convenient to what I need to do while I’m there. Whitney worked the desk this time. She was phenomenal. Easy checking in. Helpful with any questions I had.

Whitney at the front desk was MORE than helpful and friendly!! Great to work with. Rooms were very spacious and kids had a blast in the pool. Only negative is we found a lighter and sweater under the bed.

Staff was friendly and informative. Had a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen - was well laid out, kitchen had all the necessities. spacious suite. two "complaints" - above us were folks trampling around like a herd of elephants 4am - 7am - there were clothes in the bedroom closet from a previous guest which means housekeeping neglected that otherwise - the room was perfect and as expected!

It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff was also pleasant and helpful. My room and premises were clean. I would stay again.

The room was nice. The bed had a few springs that seemed to be popping thru, but it wasn’t terribly uncomfortable. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly. We had to figure out how to flush it for it to go down, even then it was a hit and miss. The people above us sounded like they was going to fall thru the ceiling. Heavy walkers. But that has nothing to do with the hotel room itself. But you may want to ask for the top floor, if given an option, because it was annoying after a while. Thin ceilings it seems.

Hotel is located within walking distance to Foellinger Theater, a great concert venue! We also discovered during this visit that there’s a large antique mall just a block away. We left with our heads full of music and our truck full of antique treasure :)

Huge room with everything you might need. Super clean and beds were comfortable.
