3rd stay at this hotel. Very clean rooms, hope they continue ‘covid-clean’ standards!

Great experience, friendly!

I booked through *******, and I was charged $11.00 more than what ******* showed. ******* had all the taxes calculated. I received a mystery fee!! The lady working the front desk was unpleasant. The condition of the hotel was neglected, not clean, and not tidy. The free breakfast was low quality with very limited options

I work as a nurse and work night shift. I requested for late check out and they said no. I wanted to sleep a little longer. My friends and I rechedked im for our conference for another 4 more nights but they never clean the room and bring us towels. To ask for stuff I had to go downstairs and frontdesl is not always there to help

My stay was very enjoyable. Rooms clean, breakfast was good, hotel quiet, pool clean. Overall nice place. I booked with a 3rd party which changed my dates in the middle of booking so when we arrived at the hotel they had no reservation. I had to call the 3rd party and inform them of THEIR mistake, which booked me for June 24th - 26th when it should have been May 27th - 29th .They were able to fix it with the hotel but it would be a price difference of $86.00 . And a 10 dollar a day pet fee. I paid both. My 2nd day there I was then informed of a mistake. Not 10 dollars a day pet fee, it's 75.00 pet fee. Okay, I draw the line. Y'all's mistake, not mine. I refuse to pay anymore. 2 days after check out, my card was charged the 55 dollars to go with the 20 for the pet fee. A 55 dollar charge that I not only did not authorize but blatantly refused to pay. I give HUGE thumbs down to any company that takes advantage of having your card number and charged unauthorized fees to it. I will never recommend any Hilton Hotel bc of that, nor will I ever stay at another Hilton Hotel bc of this issue.

The bedding to the sofa bed was missing. The property had no paper towels available for the room . The breakfast choices looked old and stale not fresh . The restroom shower has mildew stains

Upon arrival nobody at the front desk acknowledged us or even said "Hello" so that was a little off putting coming in, However getting to the room was easy. The room itself seemed like it was clean, but we did have to kill one cockroach in the bathroom which made us feel a little uncomfortable with our belongings out as well. The breakfast was a little disorganized with no plates, no utensils, and the syrup caddy's were empty and stuck to the serving counter - (We are assuming it must have been a busy/early rush). The overall stay was not bad, just minor inconveniences. The beds were not as comfortable as I would have imagined, but again we still did not experience any MAJOR complaints.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Sierra with a warm smile. Smooth check-in with no surprises. Manager was also amazing. Could not ask for nicer people to be running that hotel.

Television lost signal approximately every 2 minutes and then would be off for about 5 minutes. The front desk said it was a problem in the entire hotel. We thought maybe it would be fixed within a day. We were there 3 nights and it was never fixed.
