The staff was super nice. The hotel was super clean very convenient.

Easy check in. Room ready on time. Room clean. A little outdated in bathroom. Front desk staff super friendly and accommodating. We stayed 3 nights, when we returned to the room in night 2 our key didn’t work but front desk quickly gave us another one. Great hotel for the price!

Everything was very modern. Daniel at the front desk was a great guy! Very knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. We did not like the breakfast selections, but the dining area was spotless. We had some HVAC problems that were improved, but the system was still a bit weird. The property was VERY quiet and beds were great. I'd suggest entering the property from Old Denton Road (back side of hotel) instead of the highway service road in front. The entrance is easy to miss, and if you do miss it, it'll take you 10-30 mins to get back there, depending on traffic on the always-snarled I-35. Whataburger is a 2-minute drive! It's at Western Center Blvd. and Old Denton Road.

Liked the area as it wasn’t in an area that’s noisy or loud. It’s a quiet and laidback location. Felt that there break-fast options could be upgraded to include more fruit, vegetable and nut options. As more customers are starting to become more aware of how important the non-standard American diet is essential to everyday life. Also, the side door to the right of facing the building doesn’t work properly along with the left arm on the cable machine in the fitness center. Other than that it was a nice and comfortable stay.

It was a just a plaxe to crash out. The lobby had a smell. Walking into our room we realized it was the carpet. The sheets on one of the beds werw torn. Fridge didnt cool, toiletries are ghosts, and a bottle of water is 2$. Breakfast was more like a snack. Bacon and sausage were minimal, burnt, or undercooked. This place seemed like it is hanging on to life by a thread. It gave us a place to sleep but thays about it.

Property was great and everything thing was going fine until, 7am there was a lot of door slamming and banging. We didn’t know if was other guess or maintenance work. This happened both mornings that we were there. Other than that, I would recommend it the hotel and my family and I would stay there again.

So this trip was a mess. Our car broke down when we got to the area and had to get an Uber to the hotel. The staff was super sweet and let us check in early. The rooms were also very clean and everything in the room was in good condition. We accidentally left our chargers in the car (which was at the auto body place and we didn’t get the car back til Monday). Our phones were almost dead and of course this is really scary as we had no car, no phones and no charger 10 hours away from home. We asked the gentleman up front if they had any chargers. They stated they didn’t and that’s okay so we used the last of the battery to contact someone to place a door dash for one and while we were sitting outside waiting the man up front came outside to check on us and brought some chargers out. The employee looked through the list and found to try to find a charger for us to use. This really simple thoughtful act was by itself a reason to return because the customer service was so good. In the morning we were told good morning by all the staff and got to enjoy I nice hot breakfast of sausage and waffles. We actually had to book and additional night due to the car and that process was extremely simple. In addition I left my toothbrush and toothpaste behind on accident and they provided me with them. Overall the hotel didn’t miss a beat. From the low prices, the cleanliness and the staff I will definitely be booking this hotel again should we go to texas again
