Homewood Suites by Hilton Ft. Worth - North at Fossil Creek

Rooms needing upgrades the paint on the wall is old and was peeling from the wall. And we heard someone running up and down the hall

Personnel à l’accueil pas accueillant.A l’arrivée dans notre chambre forte odeur de cigarette,nous avons du acheter une bombe désodorisante.Nous ouvrons le lave vaisselle et celui ci est plein de vaisselle sale des précédant occupants.Après 2 jours nous réservons une nuit supplémentaire et demandons à la réception si ils peuvent faire le lit et vider la poubelle et celle ci refuse .Une vieille dame à l’accueil nous répond sans bonjour et très Malpoli en regardant son ordinateur . Vraiment un accueil déplorable et à la limite de la propreté,nous ne reviendrons pas .

Bathroom had hair on spots on floor, I understand hotel is dog friendly but my room shouldn’t have an had dog smell as soon as you open the door also I had no face cloths entire stay had to use bath towels which was a pain! Check in staff was rude and kept telling me I didn’t have three rooms when my reservation clearly showed there where 3. This place made my stay very uncomfortable

Very comfortable suite with kitchen, which includes the stove, full size fridge, a dining table and basic cooking utensils and the dishware. The living area and the adjacent bedroom are divided by the wall with the door, which provides very nice external sound isolation. I stayed in the Homewood suites by Hilton several times in different states and is happy with the quality and the comfort.

Size of room was great. Suite actually, but beds inscrutable. Pillows very small and flat. Heater made loud popping noises. Shower did not work very well. Bathtub drain was broken. But it was very quiet and in good location.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone seemed liked they enjoyed their jobs and were very accommodating. The woman who set out the morning breakfast did an exceptional job. Thank you! I can always depend on Homewood Suites!

Overall the property is clean, the staff was friendly. My only complaint was that the bed made noises every time we moved. Also, the surrounding areas didn’t felt safe. Not sure if there are cameras in the parking lot but if not, they should be installed for the safety of the guests and the vehicles.

I liked the day staff and how helpful they were. However the night staff attendant is horrible on the day that we arrived. We asked for extra towels and blankets and weren't accommodated because they "didn't have anymore". What hotel in the world doesn't have extras. They weren't booked fully either. So there was no excuse for that. However the next morning when the new people came in we asked and they were able to help. Also the sinks would back up when water was ran for longer than about 20 seconds. Other than that it was an ok experience
