Very good price for La Quinta. Clean and friendly hotel

I will never stay at a La Quinta again! Our shower didn’t get hot, the AC barely worked, other people’s blankets were in the closet, the worst part… on the second day our door wouldn’t lock anymore. We ended up leaving a day early because we were so uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and don’t go for this cheap option!

Had to wait an hour and a half to check in, one elevator was out of order and the other one had a rail missing and had sharp pipes sticking out. The breakfast was supposed to be at 7, it trickled out piece by piece and was all out at about 8am. The waffle bar was dirty. Plus side rooms was clean and spacious and overall clean hotel.

We have stayed here before and the room was pre paid for, but they wouldn’t let my technician into the room because they wanted a $100 deposit, but the room was already paid for! He had to sleep in the truck because it was late and he couldn’t get ahold of us to turn his card on. We will never do business with you again if possible this was horrible customer service.

The checkin, checkout, and breakfast personnel were annoyed at best to help anyone staying at the hotel. Rather disappointing service that leaves a big blemish on a rather decent physical hotel space. Only other issue was that one of the elevators was unfunctional during our stay which caused a longer walk to use the other lift. Very minor detail and sometimes uncontrollable compared to simple care and effort by employees which is always controllable.

Staff was not friendly. Beds were hard as a rock. Once breakfast ran out they did not restock. Cleanliness was average. Had a concern so I emailed the general manager Patrick over a week ago, and has not responded.

I was looking forward to the breakfast, but was very small choices(4). The dining room was filty, and i was hoping that if I would go early, might see a different NO. I just got my breakfast items, and ate in my room. Won't be returning and hope any of my friends won't

We did not feel safe at this property. We complained to management but they refused to help. It is also a very bare bones room. We didn’t get the king bed we requested. Will not stay again.
