Holiday Inn & Suites 辛辛那提(Holiday Inn & Suites Cincinnati Downtown)

Excellent facility. Ice bucket being in bathroom was the only thing weird.

Walkable location to food and ****** which was great. Room was a bit worn/dated with a semi-odd layout with sofa bed blocking access to bathroom, we booked the king suite. Also had issue purchasing the parking pass for garage next door which then wouldn't let us out, kind of a hassle there. Desk staff friendly.

This was hands down the nicest holiday inn I have ever stayed at. It was also one of the best hotel staying experiences I’ve had overall. The staff was so nice and helpful. I lost my key several times and the front desk was nice and helpful every time. We ate breakfast and lunch at the restaurant and both were very good. I had a chicken sandwich for lunch and it was absolutely delicious. Great fries too! The 2 bartenders were great as well. Very nice. Very attentive. Make great drinks. Decent tap selection. Huge beautiful bar area with plenty of seating and large TV’s to watch games as well. Excellent location walking distance from quite a few things in Cinci. Couldn’t be happier with this stay. I highly recommend it.

The hotel itself was nice, our room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was that I left my brand new jacket, worn for the first time hanging in the room's closet. It was raining the night before and it was wet so I hung it in to dry and forgot to get it out the next morning when we left. I am 110% positive it was hanging in that closet. Around 7 PM the same day we checked out I called the hotel and asked about it and was told to call back the next day to talk to the people who deal with that sort of thing. I inquired a bit further, and was told they couldn't look and I just needed to call back the next day. My husband called first thing in the morning and they said they would look and return his call. Several hours later he had not heard anything so he called again and was told the same thing. After a few more hours he decided to just go to the hotel on his own, and when he got there, nobody had checked yet. He waited while they did, and of course, nothing to be found in the closet or the lost and found. They basically said oh well, and sent him on his way. I get that people leave things all the time and I should have checked the closet before I left but their lack of care was very frustrating.

There wasn't any pamphlets or other materials in the room to inform guest about the area and places to go. The staff wasn't helpful in answering questions about the area. The attached restaurant wasn't very good especially at the high prices. The ac cover was jury rigged on with duct tape and rattled while it was running which was very annoying.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The lobby needed a little TLC. The furniture looked a bit worn with multiple throw pillows that looked grungy. The location worked well for our trip.

The suite was for handicapped persons. I felt that I should not be it it since I was not handicapped. When we spoke to the front desk staff, we were told it was an executive suite. There was nothing executive about it. To start, at the door was a wheelchair accessible sign, a doorbell for the hearing impaired,and a low peephole (wheelchair level). The room had an old stale smell. There were grab bars everywhere. The shower had a shower chair in it. When I took the chair out of the shower, one of the rubber leg things fell off. The tv remote in the lounge area didn't work, so the tv stayed on one channel. The bed set so high, you needed a running start to jump up on it. Lastly, the key card for the parking garage that the hotel offered for a one time charge didn't work. Hotel is old and outdated. Will not be back.

We arrived to check in and found that they had overbooked the hotel and we didnt have a room! On labor day weekend! No warning, nothing! We then went to 5 other hotels to try and find anywhere that had a room. Ended up finally finding something in KY for almost 200 dollars more than we were supposed to pay. Horrible experience!
