The woman who checked me in was not pleasant. She didnt tell me how to get to the room. She handed me my room key and walked away.
Also, i requested a high floor and the accommodation said it was input. Looks like they couldnt accomodate for my husbands 30th birthday. bummer!

Attended an Association event at a venue at Patriots Place. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. Parking was easy. The bar was busy, but very well staffed. My snack and beverage were served promptly. My room was great with the slight exception of the oddly dim lighting. No reading in bed that night...Check out was quick and I was on my way. Great experience.

We got there on Friday and Friday evening realized no hot water in the shower call downstairs. They said there was no one there to fix it from the outside and we could move rooms. we did not move rooms that night so the next morning I asked them again if they could have somebody do it then they someone showed up. It really made for a very uncomfortable time

It was a great getaway to see a NE Revolution game and celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. Hotel staff made our visit special. Restaurant does not have a lot of options for allergy friendly foods. Sunday buffet is very expensive and not included for guests. Beautiful hotel, but be ready for extra fees.

Wedding event held at the hotel and stayed two nights. Great reception area and wedding, dinning space. Very modern and clean and decorate for the winter holidays. Staff friendly and available. Room comfortable and large and very clean. Slept well, didn’t hear other guests.

Seemed him pricey. Room cold heat on 70 felt drafty heart ran all night making loud noise in room.
Could hear ppl in the Hall.
Breakfast was 60$ for buffet style.

Pretty overpriced for what you get. Reservation was for a king and they gave us a double queen (they blamed *******). Services are limited, no room service and you can’t even call the front desk from the phone in the room. Beds were firm. It is very noisy, both in the hotel and outside. So basically no sound insulation. It was clean and the room was updated. Spacious bathroom too. If you really need preferential parking at Gillette it might be worth it.

The hotel is beautiful and front desk service is great. My only disappointment is that I changed cards for payment and they held both amounts on each card. I called and nobody was able to give me a response I left a message and yet until today I have not received a call back.
