I won't stay here again. The couch is ridiculous as to sit in it your feet are hanging off the end a foot from the floor. Very uncomfortable. The chair at the desk is uncomfortable too. You're positioned where you're leaning forward all the time. Those were minor annoyances compared to being teased with a fantastic choice of streaming movie stations and then find out the movies you want to watch are $20 dollars. On top of that their internet connection is terrible and after 15 minutes the movie your streaming cuts off and you get a message to try again later. Seemed everything I tried to do online was a hit and miss effort. Constantly cutting in and out. I'd rather have no internet than service like that.

We would not stay here again. The lighting in the room is very dull, the carpet is outdated and a bit grungy, the shower pressure is horrible and takes forever to get even warm, and the beds/pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Both my husband and I woke up multiple times through the night, then we’re both so stiff in the morning. You will also hear every step someone takes in the rooms above you. The pool has way too much chemicals in it. All of our eyes started burning almost immediately after getting in, and we were not the only ones complaining of it. We stayed about 20 minutes and left. The breakfast is average, we ended up opting out and going else where. The staff was okay. Check in was a lot nicer than check out. At check out she didn’t speak a word to us besides telling us we’re all set. Just overall not worth the price we paid to stay and would advise everyone to stay somewhere else.

It was a great stay. Staff was really nice, let us check in two hours early. Rooms are so clean and spacious. Definitely will stay here again and recommend to friends. Thank you!

This was our second stay for Snowfest, we stayed in 2022 as well. The hotel stay was as expected, room was great, staff was great, breakfast was meh. However my issue is parking. The hotel does not patrol their parking lot on the busiest weekend of the year, to ensure there is space for their incoming guests. There were NO parking spaces AT ALL. If I am spending +$300 a night, I expect to be able to park my vehicle in their lot. When we stayed in 2022 there was someone patrolling the lot. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

Service was great, got in a little early and they were able to accommodate us without any extra charges

Nice, clean hotel within walking distance of all shopping and restaurants. Great location! Free breakfast setup is terrible and doesn't flow well. Walked across the street and paid for breakfast as the eating area was too small for the amount of people there.

The check in was easy, the room was large and comfortable, and the location for the price was excellent.

Our room was comfortable. The only thing we could have used was another tv. The tv was positioned in-between the two sections of the room and there wasn't any space that was comfortable to watch it. It would have been nice to have two separate tv's. But other than that, the pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was great. Close to walking downtown and enjoying the local a**osphere and shops.

Very close to downtown. Can't get much better as far as location to all the shops and chicken dinner. The place looked old on the iinside and in some areas- dirty. Great bed, service, and pool. But the walls are paper thin and if your neighbor wants to talk and party all night, your screwed.: ( Hope this helps!
