Nice hotel and good location and near to the Bavarian hotel where the food at the restaurant is good.

very clean building, excellent staff and help, they respect your privacy and help you when you need it. rooms were very well kept and clean. it was a very convenient stay and we were super close to all of the shops

Good breakfast, nice staff. Issue with one lamp's cord and the shower wand hose connection. The staff and manager did listen to my reports of the issues.

Room was clean; has coffee pot, fridge and breakfast; in the heart of town; we would definitely stay here again.

Front desk employees were welcoming and helpful. They let me check in early. The room was very clean and updated. The free breakfast was very good.

For an older Hotel that’s been updated, I can’t complain. Everything seems to be very clean and the staff is very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty good with many options to choose from. However, the swimming pool and hot tub has way too much chlorine and chemicals.

The hotel is located at the end of the shopping *****, which was perfect. Close enough to walk and shop but enough away to keep the noise to a minimal/

There was only one chair in our room. On our first day there was work being done in the pool area. It was quite loud in our room, almost sounded like gunfire.

Room across from pool, screaming kids. Banging doors throughout the night and kids running the halls, manager wasn’t on hand and the lady at the desk couldn’t help.
