Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer, wie gewünscht. Die Strassebahn hält unmittelbar vor dem Hotel. Eine U-bahn Haltestelle ist fußläufig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, was wir aber nicht bemängelt haben, weil wir sogar mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnten. Wir gehen gern ins 25h und haben schon einige besucht.

I will start with the bad part. I booked a room for 1 night, one month in advance. 48 hours before my arrival, I received an email stating that they are overbooked and that they are relocating me to another 25Hours hotel with an upgrade and they wrote: "If this is not an adequate solution for your stay in Frankfurt, we of course offer the opportunity to cancel your existing booking free of charge – regardless of the reservation status and cancellation policy booked. " After a few emails, I demanded that any further communication should be by phone and through the Hotel Manager. I was notified that the Hotel Manager will call me "Shortly" and the Manager never called. I emailed them back that I will go to the hotel and I expect to have a room ready and that I expect to meet the Manager who promised to call and never did. The Next day, I went to the hotel, found my room ready to check in, and I asked to see the hotel manager. The receptionist went to the Manager, then came back and told me that the manager is not available (Although I know he/she is there from the staff). Rule #1: When a guest asks to speak to the manager, the manager should respond and not avoid the guest. Ignoring such a request and failing to fulfill a promise to call "Shortly" only indicates a very very weak and unprofessional management. It also means DISRESPECT to the guest. You could have had someone else call or meet me one behalf of your and represents hotel management. Now the Good part: Rooms are small but nice. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly. The staff at check-in need some training. Breakfast buffet doesn't have a huge variety but convenient. The location of the hotel is very good. Bottom Line: This hotel should be a two/three stars hotel not a four stars. Next time I will stay in another hotel.

Somos 6 amigas de Madrid Spain que hemos venido a pasar un finde semana a Frankfurt. Nos hemos alojado en este hotel y nos han tratado en especial Carolina y un camarero que hablaba español de maravilla. Carolina nos ha hablado desde el primer momento en español y nos ha ayudado mucho . Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. El desayuno está muy bien y la ubicación excelente Recomendamos este hotel 💯

We expected a lot with the current prices and reviews but were disappointed by the staff's service (didn't feel welcome or respected) and they charged us false fees multiple times, which we had to fight to get back. Rooms were okay, creative but had some weird features (bathroom completely open, strange decor) and were quite dark. Our luggage wasn't kept very safe and we didn't get any tags to prove they were ours. Overall fine for one night but we wouldn't go again for the same price and promises.

Also absolutes Lieblingshotel! War schon 3 mal da und würde immer wieder kommen! Die Straßenbahn 11 bringt euch direkt ins Zentrum aber auch so ist das Hotel nicht zu weit entfernt. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und toll ausgestattet (Musikbox). Die Minibar ist umsonst! Wir haben ein Upgrade für unser Zimmer bekommen und als etwas nicht mit unserem Fernseher stimmte kostenloses Frühstück für unseren Aufenthalt (es ist super und kostet normal 20€ pro Person/Tag). Das Personal ist super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilf bei allem. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Immer wieder gerne.

They did not have a room available even though I had booked one. Despite this they were very rude. So they made me go to the other 25 h hotel close to the central station, an area I explicitly didn’t want to stay in. There check in took forever. All in all it took almost two hours for me to get a room after my arrival in Frankfurt.
