My stay was absolutely perfect! I have stayed at many different hotels and by far this one is my favorite. Nicole at the front desk is so personable and welcoming! I’ve stayed at this location before and her service is always consistent. The cleanliness of the hotel is always amazing, and the breakfast is delicious! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

This hotel houses homeless people in addition to out of town folks as myself. The clientele that were in the breakfast eating area this morning were high on ***** and acting with erratic behaviors. It felt unsafe and unclean. I would not recommend this hotel. I would have liked to have been informed with this disclosed prior to booking this hotel for my children and me.

The staff, breakfast, and cleanliness were good. The first and second nights of stay when trying to sleep, there were people banging on room doors and walls in the hallway yelling for someone to let them in…this lasted the whole nights simultaneously with a car alarm going off right outside of window triggered by a man putting hands through top of window. Due to this occurring the first two nights and no sleep, I chose to sleep at a friends house for the third night even though I had already paid for it.

Asked for a late check out and was told yes. Next day had someone barge right into my room. A phone call from the front desk stating “are you planning to leave anytime soon” and a third person knocking on my door after that…. I was apologized to on the way out stating they hadn’t seen the note on my file. But by that time I was just out 30 min prior to that late checkout.

Everything was great! We even forgot our leftovers from the nice restaurant we had visited the evening before. We called them 2 hours after we checked our, and they contacted the house cleaner, and retrieved our food! Breakfast was great also, the woman taking care of the breakfast was very attenta le and ready to serve. Our only gripe is that my husband and I prefer a hard mattress, and it was the softer kind, because I m thinking it was new, like everything in the hotel. Doesn’t look too old. Didn’t swim, but I would next time if I had the chance. Overall, 4 1:2 stars for me and my husband.

Be nicer to people when they greet you multiple occasions front desk personnel. No spoons or forks available for customers looking for one late night. Ask desk person , said no. Breakfast comes around, spoons and forks are there. The irony

We booked a room with separate bedroom and living room. It is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The place doesn’t look “old fashion” at all (in my view). It is clean. I also went to the gym couple times while my husband went to the pool (not a big one) on his own. Breakfast is good, the freshly-made pancakes are quite good, along with few other hot food items during breakfast hours. Coffee/tea/hot water are free (in the lobby counter) all the time. The place isn’t too far from Providence.
