Marriott Franklin Cool Springs的SpringHill套房(SpringHill Suites Franklin Cool Springs)

Stayed at this hotel while in town for a youth sports tournament. It was very comfortable for our family of 5.

I always stay at Marriott hotels. The amenities are great. The rooms are fantastic. BEDS superb!!! This is the newest hotel by Marriott I've stayed in, and the best so far.

Nice hotel, was not impressed with the plumbing issues in my room, especially first night when I called front desk and the gentleman said « there’s nothing I can do for you until 7 am ». I was told to use the lobby bathroom until then. In the morning a nice gentleman from the maintenance team came up and apologized for the other person and worked hard to fix the issue. This would happen again a few days later, but they were quick to fix it. The AC unit is also very noisy at night which doesn’t help to fall asleep.

I love the area where this hotel is located. Super convenient!

A great stay. Clean, and hospitable. So much to do in the area. Forgot a couple items, front desk took care of us.

In a prime location with many restaurants close by was a plus.

This property is a very nice Springhill. The staff was Great and the rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable! Recommended
