Good for a night stay

1st sent to a room that was being lived in.. moved to another room next to another 'resident" who apparently party all night without the staff doing anything to quiet them up, kids riding bikes in the hallways and people loading boxes at the breakfast buffet (as they live there) leaving little for paying travelers, again, staff allowing this.
And no attempt to comp or make anything satisfactory during our trip.

It was horrible, I checked out early. First there was no one available at the desk for checkin. I went and sat in my car until someone else arrived and then went back on to see if I could check in. There was an odor that smelled like mold. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed, they were all wrinkled when I pulled back the top layer. The coffee pot didn’t work and the final straw was when I returned from the bathroom and found a roach walking on my pillow. They told me I would get a refund for two nights I didn’t stay but I’m not seeing it on my credit card yet.

There was a bad odor in my room. The sheets appeared not to have been changed. The coffee maker in the room didn't work and the topper on all of that was a bug walking on my pillow.

Best part was that the bathroom had three different washchoths of three different textures and volumes. Makes the showering part of any trip good for everyone.
Unfortunately, I was staying next to a loud group who were either unaware or ignorant of the hotel's quiet hours. The adjoining rooms make it harder for peace and quiet when that happens. I had to knock on it twice to get them to quiet down.

The front desk woman was a little unfriendly but ok. The room was outdated with few plugs and no USB ports for charging. There were not enough towels available for the four people we had staying. The floor was stained on the carpet and the bathtub was slippery as if there was still soap from the prior guests. The toilet paper is almost impossible to reach from the toilet for an adult and children could not reach it at all. The door did not have a well working lock..we had to have the key redone twice just to get in.
