Eureka hotel is just ok. The place is somewhat rundown and needs some serious redoing, especially the rooms down left. The same goes for the food, just ok. The staff is very friendly and they will go the extra mile! The internet functions quite well. The swimming pool is locked in the building, not very appealing and it was not clean when I visited

I liked the clean Environment of the place and welcoming staff who gave me a good impression as it was my first time to stay at Eureka Place hotel Kampala. the in-house dinning is appealing with a rose cafe that mde enjoy my coffees and smoothies.

Eureka place Hotel has quite a unique environment, very silent and calm. Their staff are very determined to help when need arises and the meals are just on point, we had a wonderful buffet , nice salad I just loved it. Our bridal shower was the best moment.

Great and homely ambiance, I loved the swift service as well as the staff made us feel at home. i.e. the staff were extremely friendly. And also I loved the fact that they are extremely neat It can't go without saying; The Hotel is super clean, with quiet environment. I enjoyed to the best The Hotel should Keep it up.

Family went there for food only. The place was almost empty but the service was very slow. It took over 40 mins to get our food out and when it did it was not good. My wife ordered a Sandwich and apparently there was no bread....on a Sunday afternoon, really?? Please don't order the pasta Bolognese or the cheese pizza or the chicken wings

Tiny rooms, old mosquito nets and shower system, unfunctioning air conditioners in the rooms, almost same menu day in day out, you can almost guess what's for lunch without looking inside the food warmers. On the brighter side, there are many Hospitable staff and the coffee shop is such a great place for a good evening.

The hotel is generally good within a very cool environment to live. The service team are very welcoming and with good customer service. The Reception/customer service team are the best i can talk of with special mention to Betinah, Mariam and Betty. The rooms are clean and well arranged and would recommend it to new visitors.

I stayed in the adjoining suites that they manage (amaani suites) and it was a HORRIBLE experience! The amenities they claim to provide were not there. No security and nothing worked. There was no internet! The so called manager named Nicholas threated and scammed my partner and me. We had to report o the police. Such a SCAM. beware of this place They even stole our watches from the room! It has been a while since we were there but we are still terrified. Do not go here it is a BIG SCAM They take your money and do not deliver

You guys are the best!! Everytime I come to Eureka, you make me feel at home. ❤️ No noise, there is stable internet, the swimming pool is clean, the rooms are ever clean, the staffs are extremely friendly. I just love being there!!!

Team very hospitable, room great and meal good. Quiet environment . Need to have mosquito net and some AC in the room. Generally a good environment with seemingly good security. Limit review to any character.

Eureka has good services generally and receptive to advise. Bench mark with other hotels of your level on meals. There is need to improvement interms of variety and quantity served. The staff are very friendly and available.
