Great location, lovely old Victorian building, clean modern rooms with heaps of space. The Bistro is very handy for meals and the bar area cosy for a quick feed.

Great hotel with restaurant and cafe for catching up with family. Large spacious rooms that were clean. Our only feedback for the hotel is: 1: provide a top sheet on the beds, it is very annoying trying to sleep without a top sheet. 2: do not have music blaring in the cafe area in the mornings when people are trying to have breakfast - it is NOT a time for disco. There is no need for any music, the tv to watch the news would have been adequate. We had to ask each morning a particular staff member was on to turn the music down as it was way too loud - we even had to talk extremely loud to her so that she could hear us over the music!

The room size was excellent, it was very quiet and comfy… We would definitely stay here again…

Good stay however extremely noisy loud neighbours overnight. No point complaining though because it’s the second stay for us and experienced the same issue last visit. Unfortunately I probably wouldn’t return due to noise level overnight. I understand not an easy issue to resolve but I wouldn’t chance a third visit. Not cheap but lovely hotel and staff. I expected more oversight though.

Really like this place very classy got a nice feel to it at the restaurant has a nice fireplace get away from the cold type of feel. It is a bit pricey considering where it is, but a very comfortable and classy place.

It is well appointed. The breakfast staff was excellent friendly and professional. The wifi in the rooms was terrible. The heater in the room was noisy. When I spoke to the reception about the wifi, I was told it's because of the weather which is an excuse for a weak wifi system. This must improve.
