舒適酒店(Comfort Inn)

進入房間很好，我馬上就明白了。房間很好很乾淨，前台的工作人員很好。 我會再次使用它。

Good morning, So after checking in at about 9pm with a rather rude man, we went to the room, and immediately the toilet clogged after my daughter used it. I called the front desk to ask if someone could please plunge it, the same man asked if I could come to the front desk to get the plunger myself, I went and he handed me a plunger in a nasty, wet/dirty plastic bag. I plunged the toilet myself, and returned the plunger to the man. Really? I mean...really? I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, both better and worse, and have never been asked to plunge my own toilet. Kind of unacceptable if you ask me. Thanks.

Wasn’t happy about an hour after I had checked in I showered and laid in the bed to realize a roach was crawling on the wall. I went to the service desk to ask for a refund and so I could not change my room, nor given a refund. I am not happy at all. I feel a full or partial refund should be given to me.

Old hotel in need of repair. Rooms only cleaned every third day! A number of scary people hanging around the outside of the building at night. Front desk staff doesn’t greet you when you come and go. The one good thing I can say is that when I called the front desk to ask why my room hadn’t been cleaned, the young man I spoke with explained the “every three days “ policy (which is enough to make me never come back again), and after I told him I had no tissues, toilet paper or clean towels left he did actually have someone clean the room while I was out.

The beds, pillows, and linens were all very good and comfy. The breakfast was average. It had Eggo waffles and microwavable sausage croissants in addition to the regular cereal, packaged muffins and pastries. The shower had good pressure and the AC and everything worked well.

Très bien situé près de l'autoroute. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Très propre. Système de ventilation bruyant.

我不會推薦！工作人員非常粗魯，包括業主！浴室裡有黴菌。泳池很渾濁，有很濃的漂白劑氣味。我永遠不會去另一家康福特茵酒店。

這家酒店滿足了我過夜住宿的所有目標。這里幹淨、安靜、安全、價格合理。我一定會再次留在這裡！

酒店非常乾淨。工作人員總是很有禮貌。很容易找到，回到州際公路也很輕鬆。
