515 dollars for a Hyatt place is ridiculous but due to location I wasn’t too upset until I got to my room. Mold, peeling paint, flies in the shower, and dirty shower walls. Absolutely unacceptable conditions and the staff claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. Management needs to get their act together.

Location for us was extremely important. Hotel is conveniently located to everything: highway, gas station, shopping, dining and even urgent care. I was pleased at the fact that there weren't any transients camped around or lingering around the property. I know that seems insensitive but the garbage, smells and fires from these aren't just sad and uncomfortable they can also be dangerous. Our rooms were clean and uncluttered and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the real hot breakfast options and the schedule for such as we didn't have to rush. Our shower had full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was also quite nice.

The hotel is clean and the staff is kind. The only real issue is the condition of the bathroom in our room. The shower head sprayed weird, the shower doors let water out-so we had to use several towels every time we showered, and the shower floor had a repair but the grout wasn't flush so if you stepped on it, it was painful. Other than the mishaps in the bathroom the stay was good and the room is very spacious! This is our 3rd time at this Hyatt and we will stay again.

This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The shower head was broken, the window shades would not function, and there was black mold on the ceiling in the shower. The hallways were blowing with freezing cold air. For the breakfast, all the coffee ran out by 7am with no one there to replenish--scrambled eggs and other items were also gone. The "fresh" towels had hairs on them. It was disgusting. The one good thing was that the person working the front was very nice. Overall, it was awful.

Maids left cleaning supplies in the room. The sound proofing is nonexistent. I could hear upstairs conversation and kids running all night. Called the desk; ended up knocking on the upstairs door at 11 pm to ask them to quiet down. You can hear the highway traffic all night. We ordered drinks at the bar. They ran out of mixers and were making them up to fill the cocktail.

I arrived an hour early. I was told that I would have to pay $25 extra to get my room. I feel that this charge was unnecessary. I left and returned. Most hotels do not charge extra for early arrivals.

The hotel was in a great location in Fresno. Close by to local restaurants and within ten miles of places we wanted to see. The lobby area was nice and welcoming. The only thing I would complain about is the noise from the family from upstairs our room was pretty loud, so the walls not so sound proof.

After checking in I proceeded to my room, it was late and I was tired. I ended up having to return to the lobby as I was given a dirty room with empty beer bottles and unmaid beds! The next day, after a full day at Sequoia National Park I returned to a room that again wasn’t cleaned! The rest of the hotel was also dirty. Hallway carpeting had crumbs everywhere. Floors had crumbs and stains. Seems like they might be short staffed in the cleaning department. The Spring Hill suites by comparison was immaculately clean!

I had a delightful three night stay. The indoor heated pool was a perfect place to workout travel kinks. I was especially pleased with the ability to cast my phone's apps to the large screen TV in my room.
