Excellent hôtel situé à Frigate Bay, soit à environ 6 km de Basseterre et 6 km de l’aéroport. Belle chambre spacieuse avec cuisinette, supermarché et pharmacie à proximité. Rapport qualité/prix excellent. Personnel avenant. Recommandé!

Despite having to wait for almost 2hrs to finally get a room, I must say that the front desk agent Iesha ensured that I stayed calm and made my wait time tolerable. I was disappointed at checkin that I wasn’t able to get the actual room category that I booked. An upgrade was offered, however the room that was offered had no privacy. Imagine staying in a hotel and everyone passing your room can see right through whether it’s day or night. Please note that a privacy tint or screen should be placed on that kitchenette window to allow your guests some sense of privacy. Later that evening I was finally offered a room that I just settled with because it was late and had ti get ready for the event. I wish to note on record that I did not enjoy my stay this trip because I did not get the opportunity to relax and enjoy the amenities due to arrival experience.

Unfortunately the room was outdated and not very clean a mirror that was once on the wall was down and the old screw just left there, very dusty all over.

It is very quiet resort with 2 pools and good dining options. The closest beach is located on Mariott hotel property and it is about 10min walk. If you are not good swimmer then this beach may not work for you because of waves. It is better to rent car if you plan to stay in this hotel and explore St Kitts and Nevis. Rooms that are declared as luxury in description don't look luxury at all but have everything what you need.

Staffing at times was nowhere to be seen. Had to haul our cases to our room by ourselves on arrival, no porter to help. Apart from one lady on the desk this vast space was empty of staff. Hardly any patrons on site only local students. Where is everybody for such a historically good hotel ? The decked area by the little lake was closed allegedy for deep cleaning but no-one cleaning in 2 weeks. Just an excuse for lack of staff. Hardly anyone in the Splash bar/restaurant. What is going on there ?

Price to stay here is WAY to expencive for what it is..There are no views form your rooms and few views from anywhere on this property..Our room was clean and comfortable but so is a Motel 6 with almost comparable rooms...Quoted prices on ******* we're not honoured at property 64.00 to 150.00us ******* advertising when actual is 260.00us Don't stay here..Stay right near by for way less and come here for breakfast of dinner, but a night here is not worth the money trust me.

We had a wonderful stay the staff accommodations, as well as the environment was very very nice. The place was well kept all the amenities were great. We had a wonderful time.
