Wingate by Wyndham Frisco

I stayed for 2 nights, my experience was ok, Walmart is a bit far from the hotel so I had to walk a long way.

The reservation was supposed to be for Colorado not TX and ******* refused to provide a refund or change the reservation to Colorado. They stated the hotel refused to provide a refund or a transfer. But the hotel claimed ******* could do so. I’m so disappointed in the lack of compassion and care. Y’all are messing with my mental health!!!!

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. The staff was a hit and miss. Some were professional, courteous, and obliging, others were not. Carpet was damp until we complained and they brought a big fan to dry the floor instead of offering a new dry room. The mattresses were lumpy and saggy. Breakfast was extremely limited and of less than average quality. All vending and ice vending machines are out of order except for one.

Room was very clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Great location, close to lots of places to eat. Only thing both ice machines wasn't working, other than that, nice stay!

My experience was a disaster they ran my card 4 times for a deposit then made me pay cash and told me to call my bank also my heat didn’t work in my room at it was 12 degrees in Dallas

Had a cheer competition at Coemerica for my granddaughter. When we first arrived the registration staff had to help another customer away from the desk. There was a little wait but he came back and greeted me and another lady with a smiling face. I just would have thought it there would be another staff on duty. My daughters room was very clean but had lots of stains on the carpet that wasn’t pleasant to the eye. However my room was very nice. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about but it was free and ok to the palette. Overall, my stay was clean and comfortable. Oh. The indoor pool in the dead of a coming freeze and 10/15 degree weather was a plus for the kids. They enjoyed themselves.
