酒店挺新的，停車方便！

1) the breakfast was great. 2) everything was clean and neat 3) The carts for transporting bags were less than adequate. You need some tall carts allowing for suitcases and hanging valet bags. 4) Parking: For some reason 10 DHS trucks took up 10 spaces all the time.

The pillows were flat. The bed had a low spot in it. The ac sounded like a jet engine.

Property was very clean, staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Lots to do around the area and could walk to shopping center very pleasant experience.

We are family of 4 staying here,we all love this place, good customer service, clean room,clean blankets,we all felt comfortable staying here,and the breakfast is reasonable good, definitely will come back again

Hotel staffs were very kind and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We were happy to stay this hotel! (The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautifull!)

Excellent hotel, with great rooms, very nice hot breakfast and great location to explore the Shenandoah area.

Most hotels never give a refrigerator with a freezer for freezer packs travelers take but this hotel gives you a full, large refrigerator WITH freezer!

The room was clean, updated and had all I could want. The breakfast variety was excellent. I must compliment both Emily and her co-worker, sorry I forgot her name. I asked if I could get the breakfast sandwich without cheese and she made the sandwich. Every day after that they remembered and made sure that I had a sandwich waiting for me. Even when I overslept they looked for me. The front desk person, Krisha was personable and professional.

Friendly staff, nice clean modern rooms. Very good breakfast. Great location and parking.

We had a great stay! Staff was friendly. Great breakfast. An elevator was broken, but we never had to wait more than a couple minutes. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised with the kitchen area and the nice refrigerator!
