有中文服務，大家大膽打電話要求中文服務。
房間超級美，還有陽台，裝修也很美。一卧室，卧室和客廳有一個小門，私密性不錯。可以洗衣服烘乾，非常方便。
1）一定要注意酒店發的郵件，提前checkin，拿到密碼，就可以直接憑密碼入住了。
2）位置風景好，但是交通不方便，酒店可以派車接，也是郵件聯繫。
3）走的時候也是酒店送到JR站。

Our family rented 2 apartments in ArtHouse over Christmas for 5 nights. I highly recommend it for anyone considering to stay in Furano. The apartments are very new and clean with everything you need. It is convenient (easy to walk to the slopes) and very comfortable. We cannot wait to go back!

We are a family of 4 people. We recently stayed in the two bedroom apartment for three nights. The apartment is new, airy and clean. There is even a balcony. We spent quality family time together in the living room at night which is priceless. It is cosy and comfortable. The apartment provides a full kitchen and a washing machine/dryer. Because Furano is in the middle of our Hokkaido trip, the washing machine helps a great deal for our clothes. There is even an air-conditioner which works well when the temperature was high in one day. A car park right in front of our apartment provides great convenience. The apartment is located in the beautiful Shimogoryo area. It is right in front of the famous dessert shop - Furano Delice. We walked around early morning and evening. The neighbourhood is pleasant and beautiful.

Overall a comfortable stay, nice facilities, apartment seems quite new and well maintained. Please note there is only one A/C unit in the apartment ie none in the bedrooms so the rooms are warm in summer. Would also have been good if we were informed how many flights of stairs need to climb up.

The team of Arthouse is very professional in communication. I missed the confirmation email and they called me internationally. The facility in the apartment is in good condition and user friendly. I strongly recommend their service.
