富羅爾大飯店(Furore Grand Hotel)

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e tutto è stato perfetto. L’ hotel è meraviglioso, con una vista mozzafiato. La suite con piscina privata divina, design impeccabile, confortevole e privacy. La colazione è di altissimo livello e così il servizio al ristorante. E per non farsi mancare nulla una Spa da sogno. Spero di poter tornare presto al Grand Hotel Furore!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni in struttura e sono stati indimenticabili. La struttura, la camera, la SPA e tutte le aree comuni sono bellissime ma a fare la differenza è il servizio genuino, attento e sempre con il sorriso. Un plauso speciale allo Chef Russo e tutto il Team della Ristorazione capitanato dal bravissimo Raffaele. La cena è stata un’Esperienza fantastica per non parlare della Colazione. La terrazza affacciata sul mare è incantevole, ma la varietà della colazione a la carte è impressionante. È stata la migliore colazione mai fatta prima in tipico stile del “Dolce Far Niente”. Un altro plus la location, fuori dal caos della costiera. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare e di rivivere tutto ciò. GRAZIE!

Endroit d’exception, tout est parfait, beau, bon. Un espace spa d’une rare beauté, des massages incroyables. Tout est splendide, neuf et à très haut potentiel ! Le personnel est aux petits soins, et que dire de la restauration : un petit déjeuner succulent et des plats à la carte inoubliables.

The lack of communication among the staff/ departments was a problem, of which they apologized and excepted full responsibility. When asked for partial refund, they offer a discount for a future visit (US to Amalfi Coast, doesn't happen every day). This is not acceptable. Two of our 3 night were directly affected, therefore credit should be on current stay. Although the hotel is beautiful, I gave the General Manager every opportunity to make good/he did not. This is not would I expect from a new luxury establishment. Why should I have to pay for their learning curves?

El hotel esta hermoso impecable . El servicio excelente . Las vistas panorámicas . Alberca muy bonita con camastros , vistas al mar El acceso está alto . Lo bueno es que tiene shuttle 3-4 veces al día para llevarte y recogerte desde el hotel a la costa amalfi y Positano xon transporte de lujo personal muy muy amable . The air conditioner was not working. Person came to fix it said it was fixed and left when he didn’t do anything. Towel warmer was not working. Requested feather pillows and were given hard foam pillows. Dog barking across the street at night. Woke up to ants all over the room. Mgmt offered to change our room for the second night stay but we decided to check out in the morning one day early. GM refused to refund us our money for the night we checked out basically stealing $1,100. ******* tried to get them to process one night refund but they refused. The hotel was not near maximum capacity. They are thiefs! There are plenty of other hotels that are much more accommodating and honest The GM says he followed the terms and conditions on both sides as an excuse to steal $1,100. Terms and conditions don’t include having to pack up our bags and move to another room due to no AC, ants, no towel warmer, etc. They should have refunded the one night stay and do the right thing. The fact they kept my money shows you exactly what type of hotel this is. STAY FAR AWAY. I travel the world and stay at five star hotels…I have never had to write a review such as this. This is a one star hotel charging five star rates.

The hotel is a new 5 star property located in the hills above the Amalfi coast. The public areas, two pools, two restaurants, bar and sitting areas are all immaculate and take full benefit of jaw-dropping views. Our room was simply but elegantly designed and also had a terrace and the same amazing views. The staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfasts were amazing, the chef went to the market and sourced a large fish just for our party, and the bartender mixed us customized cocktails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The one suggestion I have for management is to offer more frequent and on-demand shuttle service - the downside of the hilltop location is that taxis to Amalfi are $70 each way and Positano or Ravello twice that.

Exceptional stay at newly-constructed 5 star hotel. Common areas, pools and rooms all elegantly and simply designed and furnished. Stunning views over Amalfi coast. Attentive, friendly staff and 5 star service all around. Only caution is that location high above Amalfi necessitates use of expensive taxis. Hotel provides a few shuttle runs per day but should increase shuttle availability.
