衞生太差了，毛巾是黃的，熱水是黃的，放了一個晚上的水等早上起來還是臟的，都不能洗臉刷牙無語了

走廊的燈有點失靈，進房間，上一個住客的鞋子還在櫃子裏不捨得扔，浴室的燈壞了一半感覺黑燈瞎火的，大早上人家在睡覺把人敲醒做衞生，提供洗衣機沒有提供了洗衣液讓客人自己去買，不理解這個操作，唯一比較好的是環境吧，冬天挺冷夏天估計涼快

定的298豪華大床房，沒有洗衣機，加了50換了間雙床房加洗衣機的，洗衣機是老式波輪式的，這個房子看着像是原先居民樓改建的，設施比較舊，價格不值，隔音效果不好，隔壁空調聲音響了一晚上，第二天換了家酒店
位置是還可以，離三坊七巷和西湖不遠

酒店所處位置，靠近景區近，房間還不錯，有一點要吐槽的是，枕套有點發黃，其中一個還破了口，還有丟了一瓶洗面奶在衞生間，也沒有收到電話通知，雖然不值錢，但也説明一家酒店的軟實力
