哥倫布喜來登套房酒店(Sheraton Suites Columbus Worthington)

Everything about the hotel was excellent - no complaining at all. However, I can't say that desk staffs were kind as others. I happened to asked two different staffs (since I didn't get a proper answer a day before) the nearest location of gas station to fill up a rental car, but couldn't get a direct answer to find one - gave me impression that they also don't know the area which is somewhat odd thogugh.

I stayed in Room 518, a room overlooking the outdoor pool and expressway. The double-window panes had stains between them that made visibility fair at best. The room was clean and very modern, but there were stains on the vinyl flooring, the shower head leaked, and the safe did not work (batteries dead?). There was a table in front of the window, but no chairs to use it for a desk or meals. Other than the minor issues above, I would definitely stay at Sheraton Suites again. Loved the pools and exercise room, but did not have opportunity to enjoy a meal or adult beverage at the restaurant or bar, respectively.

Where do I start? The property is older and run down yea, but there are so many things the staff can do to do to make this place better then it is. For instance the indoor pool has elegy growing all around it so the fact that it hasn’t been actually cleaned in years is, well….. Also the staff walks around in the middle of the night talking in cell phones with the speaker up and down the hallways. How disrespectful of the paying customers. And on top of that instead of checking with the front desk the cleaning staff started knocking very lightly on doors at 8 AM to see if the rooms are empty or not. We’ll I was sleeping, in on vacation and finally got a chance to sleep in. Next thing I know I had someone opening my door. To look inside. NEVER has that ever happened in all my years of traveling. End of story…..go somewhere else

Quick and Easy check-in. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Quiet. Indoor & Outdoor pool available. We walked in to check it out but didn’t swim. The restaurant/bar had a very nice menu. (Gluten free options would’ve been nice.) Bartender was a bit slow and kinda rude. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, safe, and friendly staff. The only issue we ran into was with the elevators, but they were quick to fix them and accommodate us while they were being fixed. I felt like the rate was relatively cheap for the quality of the stay. If we ever go back to Columbus, I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place! Best nights sleep ive had in a long time in a Hotel. Love the room layout, it was clean & super comfortable. Loved the bed! Plenty of places to go in the area as well.

The hotel (i.e. the lobby, my room) was beautiful. However, staff was not friendly or helpful (during a few different interactions).
