烏提摩木立諾酒店(Ultimo Mulino Wellness Country Hotel)

La struttura è immersa nelle colline del Chianti. Location meravigliosa. Noi abbiamo preso una stanza delux con giardino per le nostre 3 cagnoline. Letto comodissimo e camera con tutti i confort necessari. Bagno enorme con doccia gigante. Parcheggio privato e pacchetto spa a pochi km. Un ringraziamento speciale alla cameriera Laru, allo chef Andrea e al receptionist Alessio per la loro gentilezza, simpatia e professionalità. Speriamo di poter tornare presto.

Abbiamo alloggiato al Podere le Noci io, il mio ragazzo e il nostro cane. Tutto perfetto: dalla bellissima struttura in pietra, all’ampia stanza curata fino alla meravigliosa vista sulle vigne. Personale speciale che ti coccola e anche cucina ottima! Ci tornerei…ma a vivere!😍

Una location stupenda immersa nel verde. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend all’insegna del relax in questo posto incantevole. Ristorante ottimo e personale veramente gentile. Piscina Circondata dal verde con lettini e angoli di relax. Colazione sotto il portico e ricca di prodotti. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

Die Unterkunft hat zwei Haupthäuser. Wir waren im Le Noci. Dieses Haus liegt ein paar Fahrminuten vom Ultimo Mulino entfernt auf einem Hügel. Grosses Zimmer, wunderschöner Pool mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Top Aussicht, Frühstück gute Auswahl und mit Kaffeeservice. Sehr freundliches und aufgestelltes Personal. Im Le Noci hat es kein Restaurant für Abendessen. Wir waren 1x im Haupthaus. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Da es kein Shop in der Nähe hat, empfehlen wir vor dem Aufenthalt z.B. in Radda in Chianti ein paar Snacks für Mittags zu kaufen :) Im Zimmer hat es ein kleiner Kühlschrank.

This is the first negative review I’ve been compelled to write. My recent stay at Ultimo Mulino was far from a pleasant experience. The hotel recently acquired another property, Borgo Le Noci, which is located a significant distance away from the main property where all the amenities are situated. This left us stranded at a remote location without any means of transportation. No photos of this new property were listed on the site or provided beforehand, otherwise I would have booked elsewhere. This hotel is basically totally separate from Ultimo, which is the hotel we thought we were booking. They pitched it as a “new building” which I imagined meant updated/renovated. Our room was much smaller and darker than anything shown on the website. It was also not clear that our room shared a kitchenette with another room—of course this was out of the hotel’s control, but the other room left their damp towels all over the dining table and chairs making it unusable to us. It was also unclear if the other room used all the plates, cups, and napkins.. or the hotel had not provided any, because the kitchen was completely empty. To make matters worse, our room was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an incredibly dirty bathroom. The toilet had clearly not been cleaned, and there were dozens of dead flies on the windowsills. It was evident that the previous guests had used some of the toiletries, which were not replaced. This lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was utterly disappointing. We contacted the staff and requested an upgraded room at the main property, which we were willing to pay more for, but their response was disappointingly slow. It took them over a day to get back to us, only to inform us that everything was fully booked. At dinner, I got the wrong meal and there was no attempt to give a discount or a comped dessert to make up for it. This lack of responsiveness and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against staying at Ultimo Mulino. The misleading information regarding the location, the uncleanliness of the room, and the lack of responsiveness from the staff all contribute to an overall negative experience. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out a better hotel that can provide a more enjoyable stay in this beautiful region of Italy.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera tramite Booking presso Borgo le Noci. Bisogna dire che non sono presenti le foto delle stanze della nuova costruzione e che queste alla fine risultano essere un pochino care per la tipologia di camera presentata ( stile rustico). I letti ed i cuscini comunque sono davvero comodi. Altro elemento da considerare è il pagamento del totale richiesto al check in, poiché a Borgo le Noci non vi è possibilità di pagare. Quindi bisogna andare a fare il check in a Ultimo mulino, pagare e poi recarsi alla struttura prenotata ( distante qualche minuto dalla prima). A Borgo le Noci la vista della valle è unica e spettacolare e la struttura è nuova, la piccola piscina è veramente deliziosa. La colazione è variegata, con frutta fresca cornetti, crostate fatte in casa, salato e altre bontà. Donatella è gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante ma, al di là della tartare, nulla ci ha colpiti in maniera eccezionale. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di provare ristoranti nei dintorni veramente speciali, questo, è quello che ci ha colpito di meno, in rapporto qualità prezzo. Inoltre è veramente molto piccino ma ha una bellissima vista sulla vegetazione circostante. In conclusione, per rilassarsi e godersi il Chianti è un’ottima soluzione anche se non a buon mercato ma il ristorante si può evitare.

The hotel sits in a cove and is completely mosquito infested. There’s no way you can use your patio if it’s facing the woods as ours was (room 4). There were spiders as well, even in the rooms, and they gave nasty bites. There was no Wi-Fi in the room as promised, nor on the landing outside. If you stood by the reception or in the courtyard you could just connect to a very poor Wi-Fi. The pool was full of bugs. We had prepaid for the Tuscany dinner and when they gave us the menu they said we could choose any two courses each. When we had chosen they suddenly told us one cost €20 extra. In the morning when we came for breakfast 30 min before time was up there was no more bread. When we asked they said they would have some for us in 20 min. The croissants were burnt so we said we’d wait. We could hear someone scolding a woman because she hadn’t checked the bread basket. They had really nasty words. Later, the woman angrily brought us the fresh bread rolls and started loading a plate full. We said thank you, we just wanted two, but she snapped “ no no, you wanted bread you’ll have it”. We thanked her again and she rolled her eyes at us and said “you probably don’t eat lunch since it was so important with bread”. My husband and I were lost for words! Oh, and the air-con was poor and the mini fridge didn’t work.

ein idyllisches Hotel mit Zimmer im eigenen Stil, diese waren sehr geräumig und sauber gepflegt. Sehr großes Badezimmer. Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben auch zweimal im Hotel, auf der Terrasse vor der Rezeption gegessen und waren über die Qualität der Speisen überrascht. Ausgezeichnete Pasta und vor allem das Bistecca Florentina war ein Haupttreffer. Dazu unbeschwert eine Flasche Chianti - der Weg in Zimmer ist ja nicht weit. Lediglich beim Service könnte man noch etwas professioneller werden, aber soll verziehen sein. Zum Hotel gehört auch ein Swimmingpool, den wir aber nicht benutzten (hatten schon genug Mückenstiche) Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, wenige Minuten von allen Punkten des Chiantis, somit auch ein idealer Startpunkt für die Ausflüge. Waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder - sehr zu empfehlen.
