Arrived at check in 4 pm went to assigned room,room heat wouldn't work, summoned housekeeping few doors down ,they couldn't get it to work, assigned a second room near hotel commercial WM dumpster, still no heat and bedspread was still damp from laundry, was assigned third room ,had heat ,but bedspread wet/damp, like no dryer cycle, front desk call room to enquire,I said ,I've got heat , but bedspread was very damp again. Front desk told me I'm TOO DEMANDING, AND PROBABLY WONT ACHIEVE SATISFACTION WITH STAY,TOLD ME TO CHECK OUT,BRING KEY TO FRONT DESK, &&GO ELSEWHERE...***????

I enjoyed my many stays at this location, it's super convenient, reasonable rates , quiet ,comfortable. Just what I needed I wish they would bring back a more complete breakfast as they had years ago

Dirty worn out room. Sheets so wrinkled I wasn't sure if they'd been washed. No shower pressure. I made this reservation for my friend and myself. Was SO embarrassed with what I reserved.

I stayed at 3 different hotels in the area at similar price points all in one week. This was run down, patched holes, smelled. The grab and go breakfast ran out and had no coffee!

Room not so clean, bed sheet, blanket looked dirty. Not going to stay in that hotel again.

Overall condition of the property and management is good

We checked in at midnight , there is not our reservations record, i called ******* no one answered the phone , we expect ******* provide emergency phone number in future , we stayed three night, no one cleaned the room ,change towel and

It's an unsafe dump. No breakfast. No english speaking staff. Drunk homeless guy in the stair well drinking a case of Bud.
