El hosped**** en u holliday inn da ciertas garantías, pero es innegable que el staff hace mucha diferencia, pues se nos cosmos hay el esmero por mantener limpio el lugar, dar una buena atencion, tener una buena presencia y tambien se nota mucho cuando no es asi. Asumo que permanentemente esta ocupado y por eso, van despejando los diferentes aspectos, es for Moo experiencia

I would not recommend this property. For the price I didn’t expect to have a broken faucet in the bathroom. The soap dispensers in the shower was broken. The floor needed swept in the bathroom. The main problem was when we went to bed we found blood drops on a pillowcase. I told the night person however no management ever got in touch with me.

Overall very nice stay, however the staff were not always so pleasant. The kitchen staff we’re unprofessional around guests and did not seem as prepared on food. A lot of guests in the dining area were waiting on certain things for a very long time, so as myself. We decided to stop waiting and go get some food. Although we were already paying for continental breakfast, we had to go elsewhere for breakfast.

This otherwise-good hotel was woefully understaffed. There was only one woman working, and when the keycard reader in my door stopped working it took her half an hour to repair it, and then the repair immediately failed. She needed help, and couldn't get it, and so I spent a huge chunk of my time in Seabrook waiting for a secure room.

Love this hotel. Jessica is always smiling and willing to assist your needs/concerns. The other desk people are also very friendly -- just don't remember their names. AND the 'kitchen' crew -- they keep the dining room clean and the food is good, abundant and hot. Always stay here when visiting this area.

Have stayed here before. Will never stay again. Stains on carpet and bedding. The room our friends were given was nastier than ours. Breakfast was a definite NO as the line was long due to the emlpoyee serving it took her precious time plaving biscuits one by one in the tray while the line grew. She wore NO gloves on her hands which had really long nails. Since regular hygiene that is supposed yo be used by food service people were not followed, we did not get to eat our "free" included breakfast. Only 1 elevator ran throughout the weekend: 1 employee said the other was broken while the other told the truth and said management refuses to turn it on. To enter the front doors you must first walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the employees and other guest. Then you have to be in fear of the 90 lb Rottweiler they allowed to be in the hotel. We will never stay at this location again. It is worse than the dive down the street that cost way less.

This hotel was quiet, convenient for a visit to Johnson Space Center, and accommodated my large family nicely. The breakfast was a wonderful start to our day with a variety of options available. The only complaint is that whatever is used to wash the bedding leaves a scent that made it hard for me to sleep. The other members of my family didn’t have a problem with it, but if strong scents bother you, it may be an issue.

The employees were amazing at this location. We had some issues with *******s side of things and it caused a negative experience, but the manager and other front desk staff did their best to fix things. The room was great. The hotel itself was great. The breakfast was great. We will stay here again, but will not book through ******* again.

The stay was great. hotel was clean MOST employees were friendly. Late night check in lady was not friendly. I understand that has to be a tough time to work but so should she when she accepted the job.
