Hotel is Near the beach front and the room was nice and updated. Good views and enjoyed swimming in the pool. Would stay here again.

Great family friendly

We originally were supposed to stay in Houston for cancer treatment, but it was canceled, so we decided to head down to the coast. I booked this hotel at the last minute, not really knowing what I was getting in to. We enjoyed our experience here. The place was nice and right on the seawell. The room we stayed in had a small kitchen area that would be great for staying for an actual vacation. Will definitely book again.

My experience here was excellent except for the knocking every morning coming from a duct. It was room 311 so stay away from this room. Every morning from 5am-630 it went off constantly. I’m normally sleep around 1am so didn’t get much sleep ea night averaged about 4 hrs a night. I told the girl at the desk I even recorded the noise and let her hear it. It was loud I told her she should have someone look into it for the next person that would have to sleep in this room. We asked about another room but my husband was told fully booked. But rather than that it was clean and breakfast was good. Location is amazing right across from the beach. Staff was very friendly.

Check in desk staff were nice and attentive. However, our room was not available until 30 minutes after the check-in time of 4. The location is great and the complimentary breakfast was good. Really enjoyed the hot egg breakfast bowl. The air conditioning in the room worked well and the beds were comfortable. The view from our balcony was amazing. It took some time to figure out how to work the microwave as all the buttons were in Spanish. Wish I was multilingual! The only downside to the room is that the walls are thin. The kids constantly running up and down the hall was annoying. I would stay here again, but will ask for a room near the end of the hallway.

Hotel was nice a clean, they were very accommodating. Don’t like the parking fee but not bad price. I do wish they would take incidental out and the charge you for your room. I know they fall off. I feel like breakfasts was not very good. Food was dry and waffles had some weird seasoning.

Overall, my stay at this new hotel was great. It would have been excellent had it not been for this rude hotel staff member . ( Heavy set Hispanic lady. Evening late night shift. Oct 29/ 2023) I was trying to purchase some snacks at counter but obviously, she was too busy on her phone chatting away to someone. I'm a mgr at retail store and customer service is priority. Someone from upper mgmt , needs to retrain this individual.

We felt we were an inconvenience to thd staff. They were busy ordering hamburgers instead of helping guests. Had no idea about breakfast or wi fi because staff couldn't be bothered to tell us. Also found a cockroach inour room. Very gross.

Oceanfront location was perfect! Directly across the street from the beach. This newer property was beautiful and the rooms are well appointed. The kitchenette was a nice treat. The only negative was the extra charge for parking. I do not see any justification for this.
