I've stayed here twice now. It's a good hotel, rooms are clean, basic amenities as one would expect. The only downside is the 'free' breakfast. On each day either the eggs, the sausage or the coffee was cold. I did not have a single day that I enjoyed the breakfast. This isn't the staff members fault (only one staff member seemed to be on-site at any time).

There was no soap for the sink or in the shower area. When I lodged a complaint about this, the on-duty manager assured me he would take care of it.
When I returned later in the evening, a half-used bottle of shampoo was among the other shampoo. I complained again and nobody ever brough any type of bar soap for my entire stay.

Was a good experience for night before a cruise, Quintin who worked the front on our check out morning was really busting his tail to help folding and keep the breakfast area clean

The hotel staff was amazing, very friendly and welcoming. The hotel in general was so dirty, everything was dirty, our rooms, the hallways, the pool. The bedrooms had a smell to them almost like urine, the sheets were dirty and stained the bathroom wasn’t clean, there was hair everywhere. I would not recommend staying there!, we will not be back!

Hair in sink, no hand soap in the room and breakfast was terrible. For $74 a night I guess you get what you pay for.

Six of us went and rented three rooms and everybody was very happy with the accommodations. There was breakfast in the morning and my wife loved the fact that she could still have a bath as supposed to shower.
