Beautiful hotel friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing. Pictures don't do it justice so much better in person will definitely stay again if I come back to galway

The room is spacious and comfortable, beside the setpoint and very near to the train station.

New property providing good accomodations. Not too far from the action (5 to 10 min walk). Located on busy road. Rooms facing the road had noise until late and tour buses early. Good bed (which for me is the most important). Great shower. Decent breakfast and friendly staff.

Overall a good hotel but I had a few issues. First was during check in. I had specifically booked a room with two beds as I was traveling with a friend. I was informed at checkin that I had a room with a king bed and that I was supposed to have "requested" a 2 bed room. Since the room was advertised as having 2 beds I had not known this. Luckily they managed to find a room with an extra bed. My second problem was the noise level. The rooms are not sound proof at all and our room was on the first floor facing the road. Lots of road noise until close to midnight and then early in the morning. Also, could hear lots of slamming doors which I assume was because we were near a stairwell. The parking is reasonably priced but very difficult. There are posts at the edge of most spots making it very difficult to park, even a very small car. I noticed many other cars circling the lot and having the same trouble parking as myself. On the upside the hotel is convenient to shopping and the sights in Galway and the food was very good.

Great stay here! Love the walkability to downtown, the breakfast and dinner on-site were very good, room was spacious and clean. My only issue was that I was under impression they had laundry on-site and planned my trip around that (they don’t). Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and modern room. Clean and tidy. There's a refrigerator, espresso machine, electric kettle, hair dryer. Hand held shower head. Five mins walk from city center, and 1 min walk from a grocery shop. Parking is 10 euro per day.

Our stay was very nice. The only complaint was that housekeeping started on our floor before 8am and they were not very quiet. There was a lot of banging and noise. Other than that it was a very nice stay.
