哥爾威套房酒店(Swuite Galway)

Abbiamo soggiornato in un piccolo appartamento composto da due stanze e cucina attrezzata. Garage coperto gratuito e possibilità di utilizzo (a pagamento) di lavatrice e asciugatrice comuni. Personale cortese e sempre disponibile. Non è centrale ma Eyre square si raggiunge con una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti o con tre fermate di autobus. Consigliato!

Allt var bra. Det enda som drar ner lite, är avståndet till centrum . Ca 10-15 till Eyre square. Och 20-25 till quaie street och long walk. Är man känslig för buller så kanske trafiken utanför på morgonen stör. Annars inget att klaga på.

We had found the detail on the website to be misleading. This is not a hotel but student accommodation. Friendly and helpful service from Alfie and excellent to have car parking. However, for €150, this is not worth what you get. To not even supply small milk sachets for tea/ coffee is a disgrace. Very noisy stay with fellow resident shouting and banging. Overall, disappointing and not worty the money for what it was. Definitely clean but slso needs more instruction about what bin is for what and a hairdryer in room would also be more convenient. There was also only one small glass in our room and others pint glasses.

The sofa in the room was filthy. Stained and soiled. I had to keep them in the corner of the room. If rooms in other hotels were available, I would have left. I needed a room for my wife and kids. The floors were also dirty and the bathroom shower and sink drains ran slow, so you were standing in dirty water. The parking was nice.

Noi abbiamo alloggiato in una suite al Secondo piano molto grande, spaziosa e pulita. Il personale è stato gentile sia al check in che al check out. Dalla stazione dei treni e dei pullman si può arrivare a piedi in circa 10 minuti; c'è solo una salita iniziale che coi bagagli sembra infinita, ma fattibile. Nella cucina a disposizione in camera abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per fare colazione; volendo si potrebbe anche pranzare o cenare. Consigliato!

L'hotel è abbastanza vicino al centro a piedi, la stanza pulita e ben accessoriata. Parcheggio libero in garage sotto l'hotel. Uno dei letto era molto scomodo

Better pictures online would be helpful distinguishing the various types of rooms. Couple staying in “deluxe double” - space is good but set-up more for a single: one bedside stand, only space for one to eat in either kitchen or main room at desk. I would have chosen a different room had I seen corresponding pictures. Website also does not mention presence of a refrigerator/freezer (which unit has - would be nice to have verified prior to check-in. Easy check-in. Great staff. No A/C but fan was provided and able to open window to outside. Lots of closet and storage space. Note: address of building is on one street whereas entry to car park is on street around the corner. Mattresses are on firm side and springy.

Swuite was a great place to stay in Galway, good value and only a short walk into the centre. I chose it because of ease of access and the dact it had plenty of off street parking. My room (104) was very comfortable, with a great shower and the kitchenette well equipped. Only slight negative is the room overlooked the back of the petrol station so could be noisy if the window was open.
