The photos uploaded are completely false and opposite of what is realistically present here. Very disappointing rooms and the washroom looks clearly unhygienic. The maintenance of the hotel is negligible. Carpets have stains and the walls have marks. We have been given a plastic, unclean water jug in every room that you would probably get in an old roadside dhaba. Not a good experience at all.

Location of the property is awesome. Behaviours of the staffs were very good. Housekeeping is required on daily basis. Room service should be provided more swiftly. More variation in complimentary breakfast wud be highly appreciated.

Location of hotel is the only usp. Support staff is good. Hotel needs a drastic makeover especially against the rates those are being charged in off season.

Location is good and average stay and other things are average but food was good and i want to recommendation for my friends

I had cancel-led my booking, plz refund my amount, iam already spoke to your customer care number but they don't do anything

Great view of dal lake from room. Nice location. But no lift. Senior citizens do not book. No ceiling fan or ac in room. Very hot and stuffy. Avoid booking in summer. Provided two pedestal fans but insufficient. Complimentary breakfast most basic. Helpful reception staff. Given free upgrade to balcony room for 2 days out of 4 booked

After i checked in, i requested for a meal. My booking included a breakfast for the next day but i had to leave early in the morning due to an extreme emergency. So i informed the receptionist that please provide early breakfast if possible. They denied. I then requested them to at-least provide dinner instead of breakfast, that too was denied. Such service is not acceptable at any cost especially when the stay was quite expensive. I request mm t to initiate a refund at-least worth the meals.

Location is best , rooms are average due to old structure but clean, Sardar ji at reception is kind hearted person, overall experience was good . Breakfast buffet was also on good side .
