博爾戈匹格納諾酒店(Borgo Pignano)

不惜一切代價避免！絕對不值得花錢和時間！我們住過更好的住宿和設施，比這更好，而且成本更低！房產需要做很多工作！空調無法正常工作，淋浴被堵塞，熱水無法正常工作！食物的選擇很有限，與我們在托斯卡納旅行期間住過的其他地方相比不是很好。工作人員總體上都很好，這是我唯一能說的。

Bislang waren wir nie südlicher als zu einem Aufenthalt in Florenz, aber jetzt haben wir unseren ersten "richtigen" Toskana-Urlabu verbracht. Über eine Empfehlung sind wir in Volterra gelandet und von da war es nicht weit zum Borgo Pignano. Wir haben uns von den Fotos her gleich in diesen Ort verliebt, und um es vorneweg zu sagen: Wenn man da ist, ist es noch besser. Ein wunderschönes altes Landgut mit Wurzeln aus dem 15. Jahrhundert wird umringt und ergänzt mit separat stehenden alten Landhäusern mit 2-5 Schlafzimmern und auch Pools. Wir waren direkt im Haupthaus untergebracht und hatten von unserem Zimmer im 1. Stock einen wunderbaren Blick auf Volterra am Horizont. Die Magie dieses Ortes zu beschreiben ist schwer, man muss es einfach erleben. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment wohlbehütet aufgenommen und gar nicht wie in einem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind historisch und individuell aufbereitet. Ich glaube, schöner kann man in der Toskana die Zeit nicht verbringen. Vor Ort gibt es zwei Restaurants, eines davon mit Green Star Michelin. Beide sind sehr zu empfehlen, aber vor allem auch das exzellente Frühstück. Hervorheben möchten wir den sehr aufmerksamen und unglaublich hilfsbereiten Service, egal ob am Empfang, im Restaurant, und der Bar, im Garten, überall. Die Seele des Hauses ist der Guest Relations Manager Gigi, der uns eine Führung über das Gelände angeboten hat. Das können wir nur dringend empfehlen, denn so lernt man alle speziellen Ecken und besodneren Plätze auf dem weitläufigen Gelände kennen. Bleibt noch zu erwähnen, dass das Borgo Pignano sein Gemüse selbst biologisch anbaut, man kann sogar die Felder und Gewächshäuser besichtigen. Sehr eindruckvoll, erklärt dann auch die vorzügliche Qualität der Speisen. Das Borgo Pignano ist perfekt gelegen, um bei Tagesausflügen, z. B. Volterra, Florenz, Siena oder auch Pisa zu erkunden. Am schönsten ist dann aber doch der Sundowner im Garten vom Borgo Pignano. Wir saßen oft einfach nur da und haben diesen speziellen Ort genossen. Kleiner Tipp: Gigi kann einem den kleinen Kräutershop zeigen, der ist im Hof unterhalb des Gyms. Da gibt es u.a. die selbstgemachten Seifen des Borgo, den Honig der eigenen Bienen und auch den Borgo Raumduft.. So kann man ein kleines Stück Toskana auch anch Hause nehmen. Il Borgo è immerso nelle colline toscane, ristrutturato mantenendo interamente l'anima della campagna e non tradendo la natura domestica della sua storia. Anche le camere standard, come la mia essendo qui per accompagnare un gruppo, sono spaziose e permettono di vivere la soluzione con comodità. Fantastica la scelta di omettere la plastica da qualsiasi amenities presente: bottiglie di vetro per l'acqua sempre presenti e sostituire prontamente dalle house keeping a ogni passaggio; ma soprattutto utilizzare la ceramica per shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma all'interno della doccia è davvero un'idea "green". Le camere più ampie, come le maisonette sono dotate di cucina provvista di ogni strumento per potersi fare the, caffè o spuntini a ogni ora, così da poter evitare di doversi recare all'angolo caffè presente nel corpo principale (sempre funzionante H24). Nel corpo principale sono presenti anche: una sala TV, una sala con camino molto conviviale e piacevole da vivere, biliardo e scacchiere "sp****" negli ambienti. Mentre dislocate in proprietà vi sono: l'orto, il maniero, il laboratorio naturale (solo aprendo la porta si viene) avvolti dai profumi di lavanda e fiori,la palestra (attrezzatura nuova e curata) Per gli ospiti con difficoltà motorie esistono camere con ascensore, e il servio valet è sempre attivo grazie alla reception H24. Cucina ottima, buona cura degli ingredienti e sapiente uso di prodotti locali, anche a km 0. Chef molto disponibile. Ottima gestione di sala da parte dei capi servizio e il loro personale, attenti a tempistiche e allergie/intolleranze segnalate previamente. Colazione senza sprechi, ma fornita di tutto: dolce, salato e anche prodotti a km 0 Sono stata qui per un gruppo in visita e il personale mi ha fatto sentire come se fossi con loro da sempre. Attento, preciso, puntuale dalla reception all'f&b. Sempre disponibili ad accontentare qualsiasi richiesta degli ospiti e per gli ospiti da parte mia (box colazione, facchinaggio, aperitivi last minute, allestimenti vari) Al momento la struttura non offre una sala meeting, che tuttavia è in progetto e che potrebbe aprire loro il business del MICE, soprattutto per la bassa stagione. Offre spunti per attività aziendali, anche ludiche, come team Building o simili e la sala meeting farebbe sicuramente la differenza per questa tipologia di clienti. Un consiglio potrebbe essere quello di offrire anche una piccola flotta di mezzi per i trasferimenti degli ospiti, data la difficoltà di reperire autisti esterni, dovuta alla zona e la totale assenza di taxi (come nel 60% dei paesi di provincia d'Italia) - - - - Leggendo le altre recensioni si potrebbe dire che: - si, certo non è un posto "facile" senz'auto. Piacevole sorpresa, splendido hotel su un poggiò con vista sulla vicina Volterra. Tenuto benissimo, pulito di recente ristrutturazione. Ristorante ottimo Personale professionale, disponibile, simpatico e veloce. Prezzi alti ma accettabili in paragone al posto ed al servizio. If there were 6 stars, Borgo Pignano would get them all. We were incredibly blessed to be invited to share in a loved ones wedding and if you get the chance, there is honestly no better venue. However, let me focus on the hotel. The word ‘magical’ does not do the setting or the hotel justice. Stunning views, incredible rooms, absolutely superb food unbelievable history, effortless style. However. One thing alone sets Borgo Pignano apart. The staff, actually the family, because that is what they are. Not one of them was false, not one of them begrudged any request or question. It is plainly obvious, they live their work, they love the hotel and they adore guests. I actually flicked through the previous reviews and was amazed that there was anything below 5……maybe I am easily pleased and if so, I am happy with that! A very special to the guest manager who gave us a personal guided tour of the secret and magic hotel and was absolutely superb…. You know who you are and we loved your red jacket! So so blessed and I will make sure I get back one day. Thank you all.

Borgo Pignano is incredible! We stayed with our two children for 3 nights in the stunning villa, La Lavandaia. We have never stayed anywhere nicer in our lives. The views are spectacular from the villa overlooking the private pool. The grounds and property are meticulously maintained. Our villa was immaculate and adorned with authentic details, comfortable beds and very large bathrooms. The staff was wonderful and attentive to your every need. They set up a WeChat for us and we simply sent them a message when we needed prosecco or extra towels or lunch. The front desk staff, the bartenders and waiters were delightful. Gigi was always available with a smile, advice or historical context. The food and drinks were top notch. We loved the breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, juice and honey from their farm. We ate outside overlooking the rolling hills. They serve lunch, snack and dinner so there is never a moment without food. At sunset, we enjoyed delicious cocktails outside. The dinner is masterful, and both of my children had no issues eating the items on the menu. They also provided a kids menu with pasta and small burgers! The outside restaurant was not open for the season but I have no doubt that would allow for even more options. They arranged for truffle hunting with dogs. We really enjoyed this adventure on the property and surprisingly found many truffles! My daughter went horseback riding and my son mountain biking. We hiked and explored the land. Truly magical! We were also able to squeeze in a morning trip to San Gimignano. The location is convenient to take day trips although you will not want to leave. It felt like a dream and we cannot wait to return!

Location incantevole e un trattamento davvero superlativo da parte di tutto il personale. Squisitezze da gustare e occhi per ammirare tutto ciò che offre il territorio. Felicissimi di esserci state ! Consigliamo sicuramente di sperimentare, fosse anche per un solo giorno, questo posto !

The space and the view is beautiful!! Breathtaking. but the service “culture” was not quite up to scale. i was traveling solo with my service dog. And literally we were not allowed to enjoy more than 20 percent of the property I felt totally restricted, knowingly well that by law that should not have happed. I could not wait to leave to be honest. But the property is nice.
