凱隆酒店(Hotel Clarion)

こんなに悪いホテルはありません。 宿泊中ずっと停電でした。 私は停電の説明を受けていません。 しかしホテルはアゴダに説明をしたと嘘をついています。 写真や説明と全然違うホテルです もう2度泊りたくありません。 電気がないホテルに泊まることを理解できる人は泊まれるでしょう。 しかし、ホテルではエアコンは使えません。携帯電話の充電もできません。 お湯を沸かしてお茶を飲むこともできませんでした。 このようなホテルはこの世の中から消えて欲しいですね

The worst staff and very poor maintenance. Please avoid to stay in the hotel No lights in the bathroom Air-conditioning is 30 years old. Bathroom fittings are not in properly fitted. No floor mats in the bathroom and room also. Complement breakfast is horrible.

I’m really disappointed to write a review this way but it will help others to think twice before booking this hotel. I ll mention point by point. 1. Old building ( though they have a new one , that’s untidy ) 2. Dirty towels & linen. , washroom , room floor , furniture etc. 3. Overall staff were friendly and attentive. 4. Maintenance of the entire hotel cleanliness is disaster. Sometimes bad smell inside the washroom , washroom floor is too dirty. 5. I will never ever stay at this venue for any reasons. Think not twice , hundred times before making a booking.

It was so amazing to stay in a hotel like clarion and the service was excellent and room service , house keeping , laundry did and amazing job to satisfy our stay for three nights and it was a wow from us to all the staff and specially Mr.R. C. Anderson the consultant of the Clarion , a man behind the scene with lots of experience in the hotel field for more than two decades and he is the one who recommended us to stay in this hotel and we will comeback again and we would recommend this hotel to any guests who wants hospitality experience with value for money and this the place , once again thank you everyone including Sanjaya the man always helpful at the reception, he will help out of the way to make our stay happy .

Disappointed and Terrible Rooms. they provide us with a room with no AC working and no hot water not even the floor is clean. we were totally Disappointed and left the hotel immediately. even management does not care about it.

I booked a birthday function last year which supposed to held on 22 nd october 2020 ,I discussed this function with one of the hotel staff,Banquet operation maneger named Mr. Sanath , he confirmed everything I made full payment before the function on 21 st of October 2020 ,unfortunately due to corona pandemic,government imposed the island wide curfew so after the curfew lifted. I tried to call several times to Mr. Sanath but he didn’t pick up his phone and then I tried to contact through the hotel General line one of banquet sales staff to discuss this matter ,Frontline staff they give me several numbers, then I talked with Miss Nadee and one other gentlemen,But no one give me proper answer, finally after two months I contacted Sanath again and I asked him to refund my money, but he said he cannot take a decision and said decision should take over by the higher management. Then I went to meet him but he’s not pleasant he very rude to me and he doesn’t have any kind of hospitality ,but I don’t want to make a function with that kind of hotel, how they give proper service without have a hospitality, I want to get refunded my money , still they didn’t give me any Solution . I try to contact him several times after this all happened but he pass the ball for several departmentI .I asked him to make a meeting with a senior management but he failed to make it that happen ,I really disappointed with this Hotel really really disappointed These kind of hotels and service in its is a real mess and should avoid those hotels And i am putting this to future reference of others to avoid inconveniences cause by the hotel Clarion,
