La résidence Olivo à Garda est une résidence bien entretenue et disposant de bons services. Les points forts: - La taille des logements. - L'isolation des fenêtres en particulier celles donnant sur la piscine. - Le parking fermé. - la piscine. - l'ascenseur. - le toit avec des barbecues. - le personnel de chez EUROPLAN. - L'emplacement. - la sécurité. Les points négatifs: - Bruits voitures (surtout en journée). - quelques problèmes électriques (chauffage/clim en panne par exemple). - Manque d'intimité sur les espaces extérieurs et aucune séparation pour les logements en RDC. Impossible de se mettre à l'abris des regards sur les terrasses même au dernier étage. - Manque de civisme de certains locataires. Conclusion: Il est urgent de revoir les espaces extérieur de rez-de-chaussée afin de protéger les locataires du vis à vis. Hormis le point noir de l'intimité, je conseil cette résidence dans tout ses aspects. Le personnel est le point fort de l'OLivo.

Accueil sympathique, rapide, de bonne information sur la région. Appartement spacieux, propre, très bien équipé. Dans un cartier calme. Espace extérieur bien entretenu, grande piscine. Beaucoup de commodité pour un séjour agréable. À 10 minutes à pied du centre de Garde. Parking fermé avec suffisamment de place. Nous le recommandons vivement.

+: Nytt og pent resort. Vennlig personale, nok solsenger. Stor og god terrasse, bra klimaanlegg, flott uteområde. -: Lite oppholdrom for 4-6 personer, harde senger, passer best for familier med små barn, da det er mye lyd og aktivitet i bassenget. Ligger rett ved trafikkert vei, selv om det ikke plaget oss nevneverdig.

My recent stay at this Residenza Olivo was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I checked in until the day I departed, the experience was defined by comfort, convenience, and cleanliness. Overall, this hotel provided a great value with its combination of essential amenities and exemplary service.

Plenty of space, secure car parking, bright, clean apartment and wonderful views from the balcony

This was our 4th visit to Garda and it remains one of our favourite holiday destinations, great food, wine, shopping and people, with travel by boat everywhere being a bonus. Experience has shown that self catering accommodation is generally quite basic and rather 60s style by UK standards. Olivo was the best we have experienced, fairly new, very comfortable, clean and spacious. It was well located, with an easy 15/20 minute work into the centre, but with restaurants closer if preferred. The pool was of a good size with plenty of beds and towels provided. We loved it and will return. Thank you.

Really enjoyed our 9 night stay. It was spacious, good crockery and cutlery. Beds rather low but comfortable. Kitchen area good but induction hob and multi purposes oven a bit tricky to use to begin with. Balcony was lovely but only two deck chairs which weren’t that comfortable, a dining table and 4 chairs which weren’t comfortable to sit on for too long. All in all though a great place to stay in Garda.

We had a fantastic stay at Olivo. As a family of 4 we stayed in a 2 bed apartment. Complex is lovely - clean and well maintained. Great pool and plenty of loungers. Apartment was spotless - comfy beds, good living space and lovely private terrace area. Had everything we needed and the n site laundrette was perfect for a quick load of washing mid holiday. The gym was a nice addition to help burn off the ice cream calories. Secure parking was a bonus too. Well located just a 15 minute walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Garda. Familia supermarket up the road is perfect for a food shop. Only slight negative was that we needed to clean the bbq area on the roof top before we could use it. Great space though with views to the lake. We would happily come back and would recommend a stay here.

These apartments are nearly new and have everything you need for self catering breaks. The Swimming pool is crystal clear and kept at a warm temperature. Only a 400 metre walk to the lakeside shops, restaurants etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful.We would love to go back again soon. Beware some of the local mini markets as their prices are very expensive, use bigger ones.

We really enjoyed our stay. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartments were clean and tidy. The pool was nearby and there were always plenty of loungers. It was only a 15 minute walk into the main town.
