電梯很老很老，需要手動關門，地點不錯，旁邊就是奢侈品一條街。房間並不小。

I had a good experience.

我們私下延長了一次短途商務旅行，並預訂了 3 晚。三樓的房間足夠大，佈置得有些隨意和風格化，但一切都很乾淨，包括浴室。地理位置無與倫比，價格也無與倫比。接待說不友好，說不冷漠。我們肯定想念的是衣帽架（那裡有足夠的空間）和水槽旁邊掛毛巾的地方。枕頭陷進去；如果我們住的時間長一點我們會要求額外的枕頭，而且床罩非常破舊和薄。所以既不美觀也不實用。儘管如此，我們還是會再次預訂該酒店，因為優點大於缺點。我們沒有預訂早餐，因為我們總是在外面吃飯。最後一天早上，我正在浴室，而我丈夫還在睡覺，房間的門卻被打開了，儘管掛著「請勿打擾」的牌子。我們認為這很不愉快，但它可能會發生。

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was nothing too fancy but well appointed and ALWAYS neat and tidy. The breakfast room was bright and pretty. I would not say the hotel was convenient to the Brandenburg airport but we were able to get to and from via Bolt for around $54. Our room was spacious and tidied daily. I would stay here again!

this is not a 'hotel' but a 'pension' - occupying a couple of floors in an old (veryold) apartment building. The reception is located on the 2nd floor - accessible by a lift. The condition of the accommodation is disappointing, as can be expected by a conversion of an old building. But I chose the hotel for its location - needing to be in this part of town. On our second evening in this accommodation the lift stopped between the 1st and 2nd floors. We rang the emergency button and were put through to a person speaking German who asked us to wait (we couldn't go anywhere!) I rang the reception of the accommodation and a lady came down to speak to us through the closed doors - she spoke no English, only German. Asking us to press various buttons. which had no effect. We hoped that she was calling some one who could assist us in this predicament. After some 30 minutes same persons came and got the lift working again. We went to reception but got no apology - on the contrary the lady explained (in German) that they were not responsible for the efficiency of the lift - they only rented the floors comprising the accommodation, but the owner of the building was responsible for the lift. If we had a complaint we had to make it to the landlord! I pointed out that the 'hotel' in its list of facilities, claims to have a lift. We asked to speak to the manager and the lady put us through to her daughter who claimed to be the manager. The daughter repeated the statement - we are not responsible for the lift, it belongs to the landlord. Anyway, she said, it's working now. No apology, no enquiry into our state (we are both in our 70s) whether we were OK. No concern for their customers whatsoever. My advice - steer clear of this facility.

Penso che coloro che abbiano fatto una buona recensione non hanno avuto la "fortuna" di pernottare nella mia stessa camera, fortunatamente. Credo che nel 2022 sia impensabile che, un hotel posizionato in questa zona, abbia ancora delle camere con la toilette (in formato mignon) fuori dalla camera stessa, da utilizzare, alla bisogna, con gli occupanti di un'altra stanza. Infatti, la camera 101 e la camera 102 hanno una sola toilette da dividersi, fuori dalla stanza, dove c'è il passaggio degli occupanti le altre stanze. Una doccia ed un lavabo, in camera, in dimensioni ridotte. Colazione rigorosamente tedesca a base salata, che poteva anche andar bene, se piace quel tipo di colazione. Per il resto non dico di avere croissants di vari tipi oppure caffe espresso o cappuccino, ma almeno una crostata alla frutta oppure uno strudel per accontentare anche chi non è amante del salato. O per chi non gradisce mangiare il pane con burro e marmellata. Diciamo, avere una più ampia scelta. I think those who have done a good review have not been "lucky" to stay overnight in the same room as me, fortunately. I believe that in 2022 it is unthinkable that a hotel located in this area will still have rooms with the toilet (in miniature format) outside the room itself, to be used, as needed, with the occupants of another room. In fact, room 101 and room 102 have only one toilet to be shared, outside the room, where there is the passage of the occupants of the other rooms. A shower and a sink, in the room, in reduced dimensions. Strictly German breakfast with a salty base, which could also be fine, if you like that type of breakfast. For the rest I am not saying that I have croissants of various types or espresso or cappuccino, but at least a fruit tart or a strudel to satisfy even those who are not fond of salty. Or for those who don't like to eat bread with butter and jam. Let's say, have a wider choice.

Personal/Rezeption sehr unfreundlich!!!! Kooperation kennen die da auch nicht!!! Chefin absolut unfreundlich!!! Wirklich schlecht!!! Nicht zu empfehlen Absolut Unterste Schublade!!! Sucht euch was anderes!!! Macht euch nicht unglücklich!
