阿納海姆大狼屋酒店(Great Wolf Lodge Southern California)

recently stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The water park was overcrowded and the water was murky and dirty. The rooms were not clean and the beds were uncomfortable. The carpet was very dirty and smelly. The single beds were making noise. Even after changing the room, the new room had the same problem. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Beware of the parking charges at this property, as an unexpected $29 per night fee awaits you (as of November 2023). If your parking ticket isn't validated, be prepared to pay $32 each time you leave. Unfortunately, this information wasn't communicated to me nor my family, resulting in an unexpected doubling of our parking expenses. Regarding room specifics, the Wolf Den's adult bed is a tad small, and neither the bed nor the sofa bed provides a 4-star quality sleep experience. On the upside, the property is family-friendly, boasting a variety of activities for kids such as an arcade and mini golf. Additionally, the on-site restaurants offer satisfying buffet options for both breakfast and dinner.

The water park added an extra thumbs up.luggage carts, family fun things to do all around the hotel. Huge candy section and shop. Didn't know when we booked all the cool things the Wolf Lodge had there, huge arcade, bowling alley,build a bear restaurants, Dunkin, pizza place. Much more.Just fun for the whole family! We'd recommend and will totally stay again! Thoroughly impressed on the amount of fun we had and the employees were so nice

El Hotel está increíble para niños, tiene muchas actividades y entretenimiento para Niños, el parque acuático muy padre para todas las edades, ideal para familias, lo único malo es que en 2 días no limpiaron el cuarto hasta que dimos la indicación en recepción de ahí en fuera todo muy bien

Long lines for everything: from parking to checking in, waiting for rides, dining, even for picking up and dropping off towels? Oh, and you will be charged a fee if you do not return your towel…ha! TERRIBLE!! Miserable stay, will never return to this s#•*t hole

Check in should be faster for people with reservations that are paid in full. My family and I had to wait over 30 minutes because staff took long with certain guests checks in. My son is special needs and it was very difficult for him to wait so long when his favorite activity which is swimming was so close and we couldn’t get to it.

The best trip! The staff just gets it. Everyone has kids and they’re crazy and loud yet they are friendly and welcoming. The New Years Eve party was awesome and well planned. Highly recommend for a family trip
