Could of been just a bit better

Fantastic location with great seating outside. Beds were comfortable. Bar was excellent food was ok but barely warm. Breakfast we thought was not good. Food spilled on counter which was not cleaned up, put us off as it made it look unclean, hardest bagel I have ever had. I would have got money back for it if I could have.

This was the 2nd time I stayed here, and forgot the first time, had the same problem. Gave them a 2nd chance. The A/C sounded like a freight train in the room, couldn't get to sleep until nearly 4am, ruined my whole trip, had lots of meetings and people to see while purchasing a home. I complained to the manager, she wasn't interested in fixing it...The floor was gritty, dirty, and most important, the strange clip lock on the door wouldn't open. Had there been a fire, i would have died. The front desk gave instructions, and after 15 minutes, this broken lock with marks you could see all around it, had been "fought with" and problematic. Food was OK, left over the 2nd day. rolls were so hard, you couldn't eat. NO TRUST that anything is properly chilled. There didn't seem to be an interest in making your stay a good one..The only good thing, was the beautiful lake view.

Service was very good, were very nice and understanding. But the sink was stopped up so I didn’t like that. Breakfast was ok, but the pancake machine was down and The personnel didn’t know how to operate it.

On the lake, conveniently located, live music, super staff, comfortable rooms with balconies, good bar and comfort food, and is located away from other major housing areas so it’s very private.

I liked big bed /good breakfest. I did not like the room was flooded and we had to move/ the only info given ws that we had to move and was not told when or where

The place was clean out side and in. Have a wonderful place to set outside and look at the lake

Love this hotel. Clean,quiet, nice staff,decorated very nicely, Comfortable beds. Thankfully No carpets! Reasonable price.

They charged me more then once. When i first got to my room the bathroom had random hair EVERYWHERE. There was random dirt everywhere, just disgusting. Got a new room and it was just as disgusting as the first. I canceled my reservation for the rest of my trip! I will never ever stay there again
