Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hot Springs

Hotel perso.mel.were extremely friendly, gave great information of the area.

The floor is insanely too thin. The people above us were just walking and it sounded like they were bouncing a ball until they went to sleep! Needless to say - we didn’t go to bed until they did but not for the lack of trying! Weekend breakfast was supposed to be from 7-9. Saturday, it wasn’t put out until 7:10. Most of our group missed that as we had to be outside at 7:20 (6 min drive to convention center). Sunday, was out right at 7. It is super convenient to Oaklawn (within walking distance). The shuttle could have been nice but we never needed it.

This place never disappoints! They are always so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spotless and breakfast is great!

We loved the shuttle to Oaklawn. We attended a concert there and very much appreciated the shuttle to and from the concert. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was very good with great choices. Will be using them again.

This hotel had the friendliest, professional staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend Mictrotel Inn and Suites Hot Springs and will stay again next time I am in town.

Well kept and beautiful facility. It’s walkable to restaurants and nearby attractions. The staff were very friendly. I enjoyed my stay!

Loved this Microtel Inn. I had never stayed before, and enjoyed their room and breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and everything seemed brand-new. Very close to downtown Hot Springs. I do want to make note that there is no pool or workout facility - if that is important to you.

Room was too small. Vanity in bathroom too small. Electric plugs too hard to get to.

Nicest hotel we’ve stayed at. Everything was clean No stains on the bed. Walk in glass shower was my spouses favorite. Pillow top bed was actually comfortable! 10/10 would stay there again.
