It was definitely not a 4 star rating. The curtains were all stained, the bathroom had no doorknob, the bathroom walls were dirty and stained. The bathroom door had serious water damage to it. Holes in the wall. We definitely didn’t walk around without our shoes on. But I will say the people who checked us in and out were both very friendly

I wish I'd checked other reviews before staying here. I wouldn't have stayed here if I'd known how bad the hotel was. Apparently their computer systems were down due to being upgraded, so they were having all sorts of issues, but other reviews mention people being given keys to rooms that already had guests in them, so it seems like this is always the case. We reserved rooms a month and a half in advance, but when we arrived, they didn't have our rooms ready and they had to check to make sure they had rooms available. We also didn't end up getting all of the rooms we reserved and had to stay in a room with a king bed instead of 2 queens. Overall, the hotel was dirty and dingy, and the "non-smoking" rooms still smelled heavily of smoke. The hotel was cheap, so we weren't expecting high quality, but this was beyond just low quality. There was also no breakfast provided (when it was advertised), which was a large part of the reason why we stayed at a hotel instead of an Airbnb. There was no soap or shampoo in one of the rooms and no shower curtain in another. The floors were sticky and clearly hadn't been swept or cleaned very well. We were honestly concerned about sleeping in the beds (since we couldn't tell if the sheets had been cleaned). In general, they just weren't ready for us, which isn't what you want from a hotel you reserved in advance. Their pool also doesn't seem like it's been operational in years, and we saw roaches in the building next to a trash can.

La pieza estaba con agua ... me cambiaron y tambien estaba con agua en el piso... la tv estata destrosada . Me pudieron mi tarjeta de credito y anotaron todos mis numeros .. cero privacida y seguridad.

The first room I was in, the 2nd bed wasn't made, The curtain looked like someone blew their nose in it, there were cigarette burns on the counter in the bathroom and the floor beside the bed even though I requested a non-smoking room, there was no doorknob on the bathroom door, the shower did not work and the smoke alarm had been removed and bare wires were hanging from the ceiling. The second room was just as bad with graffiti on the back of the bathroom door. Every morning the hallway trash cans were overflowing with cases of beer cans and lining the wall beside it. There were homeless people sleeping right behind the building on the property. There were ZERO amenities, no breakfast, no working ice machines, the pool and the gym were both closed. I asked and was told it was due to COVID so I called other hotels and their breakfasts, pools and gyms were open.

The hotel smelled of ****. It was dirty. The original room the toilet overflowed do we had to switch rooms. The ac did work however. It was not anything like the pics on the website.
