What a great new hotel! We were one of the first guests to stay over in this stunning property! Service was fantastic, the receptionists were so warm and friendly! We were only staying for one night and really wished we could stay for longer! We dined in the Marco restaurant and the food was spectacular! Breakfast was absolutely amazing, lots of choice and again service great. A fantastic addition to Blackpool and have already booked to return in the summer!

Stayed here on the first day it opened staff were great and very helpful the room was nice and spacious we stayed on the top floor the view was great! We had breakfast in marco Pierre’s which had a great help yourself selection. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wow very impressive, clean and a such a lovely atmosphere to relax in the hotel bar. The bar has some amazing cocktails and lovely Starbucks drinks. The staff and Management are very professional and so friendly. I highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant 3 night stay this week. The hotel is brand new and you can tell. Everything is clean and shiny. The staff are really friendly and will do anything for you. The rooms are kitted out to a really high standard, ours even had a Nespresso machine! The only thing we came across that we might want to be changed is the air con situation. We found the room too warm and couldn’t seem to get it cooled down. Although, a quick call to reception and it was sorted out pretty much straight away. Also want to give a shout out to Freya on reception for her warm welcome and brilliant service.

What a wonderful Hotel! Everything superb. The location is right next to the rail station and opposite a huge brand new Sainsbury’s. Once the new tram line station opens which is right next to the Hotel it will be ideal. Access direct from the Hotel and underpass to the train station. Couldn’t be better.

Visited with my daughter to take in the House of JoJo at the Winter Gardens 17/5. Booking in at the hotel was fast and efficient, reception staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. All the staff we encountered were friendly and seemed happy in their work. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable and still has that lovely new hotel smell to it. Our room was neat and clean with everything you would need, and so quiet, no noise from other rooms so a good night's sleep guaranteed. We will be back. Keep up the good work staff.

Fabulous welcome from Fran on reception. Great first impression! Hotel was spotlessly clean and all amenities you could want. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice. Checkout was great, Rebecca was lovely and chatty. Wonderful staff, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
