河畔會議中心度假村(River Terrace Resort & Convention Center)

We stayed in the king loft suite and it was amazing. We had a river view that was great too! Will stay again.

The service was great! After checking in Ginger sent a text to ask if everything was good with the room. We had a light out in the bathroom and it was fixed the next morning. The only other thing is the water pressure was low and the heat didn't shut off after it got to the temperature we had it set on it just ran all night and it was so hot even when we turned it all the way down. We couldn't sleep it was so hot! We just cut it off at night and we stayed comfortable all night. Other than that it was a fare stay.

Don’t let this place fool you. The “newly” renovated rooms are still really old and outdated. But the worst part of our stay was by far cleanliness. The sheets had something brown on them and one pillow did to. The location is great but that’s where it ends. Never staying there again!!!

Its always location, location, location when it comes to real estate. This place is in an excellent location, BUT the mattress was awful, room very dated, and the 10 am check out with NO flexibility makes it a hotel we'll NEVER return to. If someone would invest in this property and change some policies, it would be a great place. Has potential. Sad!

Property is misleading. The “newly renovated” rooms haven’t been renovated in at least a decade. Ceiling tiles were falling apart, very lumpy mattress, floors were dirty, paint was peeling from the cabinets, cabinets were falling off their hinges and counter was dirty. Also, the entrance to the room was from the garage (which was very creepy). They have zero amenities, zero food on property. Their restaurant was closed the entire time. Their cleaning staff came into the room a couple hours before checkout and didn’t even announce themselves which scared my 5 year old daughter. Overall, the worst “hotel” I’ve stayed in in a very long time.

It was nothing like we read . Food and bar was closed . Hard time finding parking by your unit. Walk on floors with socks or bare feet and look at them and they We're black. Showers suck 2' of water in tub when showering . Over all for the money not worth it at all . Rather spent my money staying at a hotel.

This hotel is old and should be condemned. The toilet was not adequately attached to the ground and rocked back and forth. There were cracks in the floor tile that someone tried to patch with more grout in the middle of the tile. Our room was right by the pool pump which was very loud. And the garbage trucks started coming at 5:00 am.

Drain was blocked and room wasn’t cleaned. I reserve room that supposed to be newly innovated but it was duty and the carpet was gross. Reserve for 4 night but check the next day. This is not a cheap hotel at almost $300 per night.
