Pictures were deceiving. The area around the property is very busy and on a Main Street which is also very busy. The pictures make this property look way better than it is. We didn’t end up staying. Rooms are smaller than they appear in photos. The front desk clerk did help us out getting our money back, minus what we paid in a penalty. So that’s a plus.

Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk for checkin. Then- while checking in- she was talking on a personal call instead of talking to me. Very disappointed in the customer service.

The room was good, somewhat updated electronically. Beds very uncomfortable and squeaky. The biggest issue was condensation on the outer wall where the bathroom and porch are. When we got up in the morning the floor was soaked, could be a hazard for older people.

We loved the location. We had a major stain on our bedding. We were given a change of bedding but we had to do it ourselves. The faucet was working properly but it was terrible loose and the whole thing moved when we used it. Loved the balcony and hearing the water.

We loved staying here. The balcony over the river was such a nice surprise! The hotel is located at the edge of town between the main road and the river, and you come in the front door by the road and it leads all the way through to the balcony. While the road can get noisy, it got quieter at night. The room was spacious and clean. The balcony overlooks the river and a small neighborhood but you can see up the mountain as well. Much better than some of the balconies in town where they overlook the road and other hotels. We would recommend staying here again!
