加特林堡麗怡酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Gatlinburg, TN)

Nice Hotel, located on right place in Gatlinburg. We stayed for 3 night here when we visited smoky Mountains. It was comfortable stay. All tourist locations are nearby. They have free parking and breakfast was ok.

This was the easiest check-in I’ve ever experienced!o

The hotel was in a good location and was very clean. However the people at the front desk were on the lazy side. They couldn’t be bothered to help in any way.

We got put in a handicap room, the water pressure was so low you could barely rinse off let alone such a small shower head. We were the first room on first floor so it was pretty noisy. The bed was pretty uncomfortable.. it was clean and staff were very friendly, made checking in easy. We didn’t get the cookies we were promised which obviously not a huge deal but they pride in the free cookies that they don’t really hand out.

Great location. Only a few minute walk to the Main Street of Gatlinburg. The hallway on our floor smelled a little funny and the carpet was dirty. But I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to the room. Very clean, updated, comfortable, very, very nice. There’s not much parking at the hotel, but they have a convenient overflow lot just down the street.

Property is very run down inside and out and things weren't very clean. There is also not enough parking spots in their parking lot for every guest so if you get back to the room late you may have to park in their "overflow lot" whichs is about a block and a half away. Definitely will not stay here again

With such great reviews, I expected better. Our room was not as clean as most hotels we’ve stayed in and repairs need to be made. The bathroom door would not close all the way as the handle was clearly broken. After a hard rain, the ceiling in the hall outside our door was leaking. The pool area was not as nice as pictured online and was also leaking quite a bit through the ceiling windows. But staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early and the beds were very comfortable. Location was close to town and easily walkable.

It was nice the building needs SOME update such as a coat of paint in pool area the colored lights on the building should ALL work looks tacky only 1 was lite floor in elevator needs.. attention. Edges on walls in room need covers parking lot... needs attention and is entirely to small for the hotel you should NOT EVER run out of parking thats annoying as hell to have to park other places the down poles get them out of there looks tacky. Employees shouldnt park for entire shifts under the covered entrance for all that let a paying customer park there instead of "somewhere else" not even on the property itself. Exhaust fan in bathroom so loud it sounds like its gonna take off through the roof of the building toiket flushes so hard it splashes you (disgusting). The toilet paper is do cheap its like tissue paper for a gift bag as expensive as it is to stay here yall can definitely afford better. Parking spots that butt right up to the eoad makes you feel like your parking in the road literally. But the bald man that works 3-11 by far the nicest guy and he should get a raise i didnt catch his name but SUPER cool nice helpful cant say enough about him.
