Although there are some tech issues with this place (resetting the room Chromecast would not get it to work and neither would the phone pairing/dishwasher is crazy loud/shower pressure adequate) the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere compensated sufficiently for this stay. Holly and the other staff make you feel like you're visiting with family (but not too close family) - like cousins - in a good way. So I felt welcome and the room and bed was comfortable, piling three of their marshmallow pillows enable me to get sufficient head support and the pool and gym are good enough for a short stay. Kitchen set-up is just enough to do the basics but has everything you need, the large fridge is great. The area set aside for dogs was well established and attended to, all the walks were regularly cleared of snow. As buffet breakfasts go I thought it was better than average at this point, with a small but well chosen selection that can cover all tastes and was not the usual dried out recycled buffet fare.

Beware of this property if you are sensitive to smoke or perfumes. I was given a smoke infested room and told by the property manager that all they could do is spray deodorant throughout the room. The property manager on duty at the time thinks it's perfectly okay to rent smoke infested rooms. After all, he can send some one in to smother the smoke smell with strong perfumes and that solution doesn't satisfy the customer, he can always deny that there is a strong smoke odor in the room. After much pleading, the manager set up a portable deionizing machine in the room for 30 minutes, which didn't make a bit of difference.

The hotel seemed great except that the room was filthy. Even after I asked for it to be cleaned, I wiped up the floor with a towel and it was completely black. The manager had was apparently away when I had this issue, and was very courteous in her response, but I had to leave.

The room was decent...bed was comfortable but the pillow cases looked like they had been used by someone else - meaning they were never changed. Coffee machine didn't work, and the worst part was the bathroom toilet was filthy and had blood on it. Pretty gross

Breakfast was good. My room had hair on the shower walls and coffee maker did not work.

Beds were of the poorest quality and heat worked sporadically

Have stayed at this location many times. I was glad that the pool was open this time. Breakfast had a hard time keeping up. Wasn’t much food and we had to wait for things . Checked in late and got my first ever noise call within 30 mins of us checking in and trying to put our kids down to bed, there was no “we know you just check in but… or anything “ just do you have dogs or kids there’s a noise complaint. But the place is beautifully clean.
