Lobby torn to shreds. Hallways torn up due to renovations not stated.. Get into our room, toilet flushed once, wouldn't flush again, sticky edges of drawers. Asked for maintenance to fix the toilet, was just sent to a new room after unpacking already. That room also had sticky edges on the drawer by the fridge

Stayed for 1 night. Drove up and lot was being resurfaced, so access to front door was blocked off. This was inconvenient because my mother uses a walker, and while the back door was open and usable, I had to leave her in the car while I walked in and checked in. I was told to drive her around to the front. The man at the desk did give me a bag w chips, water, and a candy bar in it-maybe just a welcome gift. Maybe a “sorry for the inconvenience” gift. Then walked in and the room was clean and beds we’re comfortable. But pool was closed-just an annoyance, but would have been disappointing if I had gone there with my kids expecting to swim. Also walked to end of hall and instead of an ice room, there appeared to be an under al construction room.

One night stay. Good/safe area. Restaurant within walking distance. Room was relatively clean. Only 32" screen tv but a lot of channel options. Toilet seat in bathroom was broken. Had chips/stains on it. Wouldn't stay up. Probably only compliant. Customer service good.

The hotel is outdated, with a closed pool, holes in toilet seats, and rusted items. Maintenance appears lacking, and the breakfast staff is notably impolite, neglecting to refill items or provide additional plates.

Love Cheryl at the front desk. Wish rooms were cleaner. Stained and dirty carpets. Housekeeping can do a better job

After booking a non smoking room - I was allocated a room that smelled of smoke. had to change to a different room, bad stale smell in room cleanliness wanting

The stay was fine. However, the batchroom had not been cleaned. No toilet paper, sink and mirror dirty. Some dirty smudge on the bathroom light fixture.

Great location when visiting the Solon and Cleveland areas. Hotel was nery well kept with the necessary amenites.

The rooms were out dated. A big gap on the room door. I could see the hall way with the door closed. Gaps in the bathroom tile with dirt in the cracks. Mold on the bathroom shower walls and on the tile grouting. Stains on the carpet. The toilet didnt flush well. Had to hold down the handle until it flushed and filled the bowl with water. All around needed better cleaning.
