阿爾卑斯山霍其福斯度假酒店(Alpen-Wellness Resort Hochfirst)

Nicht empfehlenswert! Man fühlt sich unfassbar unwillkommen und störend als Gast in diesem Haus. Die stillosen und peinlichen Besitzer legen beschämendes Verhalten an den Tag. Gegrüßt werden maximal Stammgäste, dafür protzt man peinlichst mit C-Promis, Porsche und Swarovski. Chefin wirft Gäste um 10 Uhr morgens aus dem Pool, weil sie ihn für sich alleine haben will. Das Personal ist zumeist freundlich aber weder englisch- noch deutschsprachig. Essen ok, Service beim Essen katastrophal. Falsche Gerichte, falsche Reihenfolge, falsche Getränke. Service an der Bar inakzeptabel. Poolbereich renovierungsbedürftig. Whirlpool 5 Tage lang defekt. Badezimmer in Suite ebenfalls inakzeptabel klein.

I was slightly disappointed, didn’t feel quite the 5 star experience I had expected. I think the room was a bit of a let down, white artic still on walls which dated it a bit, as did the furniture. Limited tv channels, not sure why but we lost itv. Volume was set quite low too. The bathroom had been upgraded. We were a bit disappointed with the food too. The day we arrived there was the most superfluous buffet, oysters, prawns, but thereafter it was a basic salad bar that you might see in a Harvester. On plus side the spa is wonderful, big pool that was warm. Best jacuzzi. You can ask receptionist to book free transport to lifts or Hochgurgl if you don’t want to use the bus. There are lots of lovely staff who are very helpful. Our waitress may have been a little to quick to serve our next course. We were given a set menu plus an additional one to choose from which was a bit strange, however this may be for walk ins hence the need for 2. You can ski in/out via a drag then onto a very short red. Homewards is on a blue. Boot room is to left of reception via a lift. The ski area is excellent, defo go to Hochgurgl as the runs there are better. Mountain restaurants serve wholesome food and Weiss beer.

Perfect stay all round. Food superb. Rooms lovely - comfortable beds, good showers. Pool, spa and terrace gorgeous. Staff - reception, bar staff, waiters, cleaning staff - all lovely. Friendly, helpful, genuinely nice, happy people. Thank you 😊

Wir sind aus Tirol jedoch zieht es uns seit Jahren im Winter in das tollste 5*Sterne Hotel Hochfirst in den Tiroler Bergen. Top Preis mit bester Qualität an Zimmern,Essen und Trinken,Wellness-Spa Bereich. Sehr liebe Gastgeber Hotelier Familie mit dem Team (gesamtes Personal). Piste und Lift dienen für gemütliche oder die es gleich angehen wollen neben dem Haus. Für Erholung kann ich es nur empfehlen.

This is the 2nd time we have been to the Hochfirs Alpen Wellness Resort in Austria Obergergul. It did not disappoint and we had tears leaving! We were fortunate to stay in the Penthouse, and the service in the restaurant, lobby and bar was exceptional. The staff are so attentive, kind, genuine and happy to accomodate. The food n the restauarnt is amazing and everyday after a tough day skiing, the 5 course meal was delightful. We loved the saturday night buffet!! And the breakfast is wonderful. It is truly a stunning resort and the ski schule is just behind it, our boys aged 10 and 13 loved it. Our 13 year old actually went out on his own every morning before the ski schule started from 9- 10am and was only allowed on the drag lift and first slope behind the resort but it felt that safe for him to do so. Loved the Nedderhut also which is a great bar on the slopes and mid afternoon we could see our boys in their skiing lessons. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi afterwards was a perfect apres ski for our family and by 7.30pm our youngest was falling asleep in the restautant absolutely shattered in the best way possible. We hope to be back in a few years time !

Hochfirst is a first class hotel right on the slopes of Obergurgl. Had another very pleasant winter stay at the Hochfirst, which continues to offer excellent service and food. Great hotel with excellent facilities right on the slopes of Obergurgl. Ski in, ski out makes it easy to access the slopes and the hotel facilities with a nice spa with outdoor pool as well as several saunas and steam baths makes it easy to relax upon a long day on the slopes.

We are back from the wonderful Hochfirst , what a week! We had the Sky Suite and our boys shared a suite opposite our room. It was great to be welcomed by familiar faces and food is simply exceptional. While our rooms were definitely premium (over £1000/night inc food without drinks) accommodation and food is still so much better value than anything we could find at Lech for example. Worth it and will book again next year.

This is an exceptional hotel where the staff address you by name and attend to your every desire. A truly magical winter place, perfect for a relaxed winter holiday. We stayed as a family of four and were well looked after. Every need was catered for. The food was delicious, the pool superb and the setting just on the piste - perfect.

I don’t even know where to start to explain how outstanding this hotel is. This was our first time skiing in Austria and we will be back again next year to this hotel. I will recommend it to all our friends and to my travel agent community. This is by far the best ski hotel we have ever stayed in and probably the best service we have ever received from any hotel in the world. On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. Check in was very quick & easy. Our room was lovely, spacious and exceeded our expectations. The facilities at the hotel are 6* and everything is immaculate and always clean. The decor is modern with an alpine feel and oozes luxury. Decorated beautifully for Easter too. The spa is amazing and has so many different things to offer including massaging water beds, infra-red sauna as well as all the usual spa facilities. It’s ski in ski out (you only have to walk a few steps to get your skis on). The ski rental shop the hotel recommended was super efficient and delivered us and our skis back to the hotel to a very organised & spacious boot room. The bar and restaurant are luxurious. Both the choice and quality of the food for breakfast and dinner was unbelievable. The personal service from Marcus in the restaurant was exceptional and he saw to it that my dietary/allergy needs were met and I did not want for anything there was so much choice. He went above & beyond as did the chef who personally came to see me and cooked me the most delicious gluten free pancakes. Everything about this hotel is 6* I could not fault a single thing. I highly recommend it. Book it you won’t be disappointed. I just wish we had discovered it before now.
